Despite the huge group, Jordan and Jacob were able to lead us successfully through 3 mangrove tunnels, and we stopped off at a beach area too. There was a point in which a friend of mine had to get "towed" because she was struggling to navigate through a tunnel. They used a string to hitch her kayak to one of theirs! I have been kayaking many times, and even for me, it was kind of challenging to paddle through, which I enjoyed. It was so cool to go through the tunnels. Very peaceful. Jacob & Jordan provided some great information about the history & formation of the tunnels, explained different birds in the area as we saw them, and even showed us a starfish. All of the paddles and kayaks (single and tandem) seemed to be in good working order. Dry bags and life jackets were provided as well. I highly recommend this team!

We did the self-guided 2 hour tour and the employee went over a few paddle instructions and tips of where to go and not to go. He also offered us a dry bag to take with us. We rented two bikes and quickly noticed problems. My husband's seat was wobbly, and my bike was not…read moreshifting properly. We returned to the shop to address the seat issue, which they fixed, but my bike's shifting continued to worsen. The bike would not stay in gear, causing me to lurch forward repeatedly. I felt the bike was borderline unsafe. I considered returning it again but didn't want to lose another hour of our trip or deal with transporting the bike back and forth, especially since we were returning the bikes just a few days later. I rode it as is. When we returned the bikes after nine days, I explained the issues and asked for a partial refund. The owner tested the bike himself and claimed there was nothing wrong. I asked him to ride it to experience the issue, and he refused. He became angry and started yelling. Instead of a refund, he handed me a piece of paper for a $50 store credit, which he refused to refund to my card. We do not plan on returning, so the credit is useless to us. The interaction was extremely unprofessional. In hindsight, this was not our first issue with this shop. On a previous rental, a pedal actually came off a bike. At the time, I assumed it was an isolated incident. Now, it's clear that the equipment is poorly maintained. I would not recommend renting bikes from this shop.

I've been doing this once a year for over a decade and I've never seen them this close! We we were sure to leave them alone and keep our distance to let them do their thing but they are curious creatures. A storm moved in so we had a bit of fun power-rowing back to the launch point. They were even kind enough to offer credit since the storm prevented us from using the entire 3 hrs. We had to go home the next day but it didn't matter; the experience was so perfect, we got everything we paid for. My wife said I definitely didn't overhype it!

It was easy to book online. Prompt follow up via email and text. We booked a 22 foot Pontoon; it had all the life jackets, even an infant one for our two year old. The pontoon was a newer one with plenty of space for everyone and all of our things. There was a table on the boat and everything else a pontoon has to offer (plenty of storage, comfy seats, shade from the sun, a ladder) We dealt with Jake Lasser, one of the managers, who was more than gracious with our group when we had a serious miscommunication.
