I was kept informed during each phase, when they were schedule to come out, what was happening. I have never had as good experience with a contractor as I had with Aqua Bello. Mike and or his son was onsite during most of the major phases. He did the stone work for the waterfall, which turned out great. When we decided to install a pool I was afraid that I would be out there constantly cleaning, adding chems, etc. But, with the Pentair equipment they installed I did very little the first season. And I only had to backwash one time. I highly recommend Aqua Bello. Someone else posted that they had a bad experience, I am not sure I agree with all that was posted. I certainly can not see that anyone at Aqua Bello would have called that person a liar. I met Mike, his son and wife, and Jeff when he designed the pool. I talked to them on virtually a weekly basis and I would be shocked if that were true. I just don't see it. I certainly had a very good experience. My neighbors have all commented how nice the pool looks.

Dont do step tiles, they wont be straight. Travertine coping not straight, gaps under coping and expansion joint never done. Also, black spots vs sparkle in deep end. They also killed my lawn, made my light brown and ripped out the pool ladder where the pavers now need to be replaced. Ladder still not installed. BEWARE and be prepared to go to court
