They work hard to buff your car down, however they spray tire shine on the mats which makes them very slippery, and they got some on my leather seats. The actual detail shop rates seem about par with other shops, although I'm not sure they understand that for those rates you expect a hand wash. My biggest issue is its a car wash, there is a finite window for washing vehicles with no hot water. So they are not open during the winter as they don't use hot water ever. The operate its they do have to be open they don't seem to really care. They don't stay open during daylight hours, they close at the first sniff of rain, they don't reopen when the rain pass', they honestly seem to be closed more often than they are open. Also on more than one occasion before I finally made it in, they closed early, hot out and no rain. Not sure what's going on there, but, if you have a higher end vehicle, or you have a nice vehicle you really baby, I would only do the detail, not the quick wash, and I would stick around and make sure they hand wash it.

He tried to tell me that my receipt even had the scheduled date on it but, in fact, the receipt I received only had the date the payment was made (March 21,2022). I stated numerous times that I wanted a refund but he became more angry and belligerent and firmly refused. He offered to reschedule my appointment but after realizing his anger I wouldn't have trusted him with a dirty sock let alone a $25,000 vehicle. Avoid this business and seek another alternative. After the experience I had I believe he's fully capable of using this tactic repeatedly to rip people off and manipulate them. It's clearly a scam and a simple way of stealing your deposit. All of these items were in separate dryers. I'm livid- I put 2$ in one dryer and my stuff was still wet. I had to put in more money- making it an average of 7-9$/ load. I was doing about 8-9 loads- with hopes to run more- but never again will I utilize this facility. between the price, unpredictable equipment and the roaches- I can't overlook it. I'm all for supporting small businesses- but this is a warning for anyone in the area- it's cheaper to drive to Columbus, do your laundry and come back. yes, a longer drive, but trust me- it's not worth ruining your things. I left my items that were ruined at the facility. Also, not the biggest deal- but their change machine only gives back on 1$ and 5$ bills. Pulled my full-size SUV in put it neutral and as it started to move forward, I noticed that the first 2 to 3 feet of the vehicle got hit with the dry brush before the foam bath starts to fall from above in a sheet. A year ago at this location, the foam sheet started right when my bumper passed Forward so that the paint was properly foamed and wetted before starting to get hit with their brushes. The fact that they do not put any water or foam on the vehicle before the brushes hit is inexcusable and were this a franchise I would have them pull their franchise tag. It's not that difficult pull in any square body, GM or Ford SUV and you will find that the nose your vehicle gets hit with brushes two or 3 feet into it before proper foam has rained down from above as it designed to happen at the very beginning.

My schedule is extremely hectic so I did not know when I was going to have time to do get this done. I messaged a few detailing places and received a response from Selena. She was so pleasant. I spoke with CJ, the owner, who was just as nice. He quoted me a very reasonable price. I was able to drop off my vehicle with them and they were even kind enough to drive me back home. I ended up not being able to pick up my vehicle for a few days due to my schedule, but kept in contact with them the entire time. They were so understanding. And they even brought my vehicle BACK TO MY HOUSE! You don't get that kind of service everyday. It was so refreshing to have such nice people to do business with. I will definitely go back.
