I watched as 3 or 4 cars in the privileged lane move ahead before the first vehicle in my lane got the go-ahead. Then more of them.. and more.. while only 2 cars in my line moved. And you're stuck; there are cars behind you and no way to back up or move around the lines. At one point, I counted 5 member cars get the go-ahead while the car at the front of my lane sat, un-moving, so I went into the member lane and got up to the front immediately, where I was able to exit the premises, and go home without a car wash. I will find another place to get my car washed.. one that doesn't treat a sizable portion of their customer base like steerage!
