I like this location only due to. It's easy to navigate your car into the car wash. Many of the mumu's have a sharp turn and then immediately you're at the entrance. This one you have a little bit of a straight path before you enter, which is really nice, especially if you're like me and you're constantly driving different cars into the car wash and you really don't have a sense of where your wheel well is. Speaking of wheels and entering the car wash wheel track For some reason this location rushes you to get on it and it seems like they're not looking at your car and then right when you get up there they're shocked that you're not in alignment that is the only reason why I've not given us a five star More often than not I can feel my car not making a smooth entry and that bothers me because I feel that it messes up my wheels a little bit or my tire and that's not cool As far as a value, this is excellent if you buy the monthly pass, you can go in as many times as you want I wish I could say I go in as many times as I want I tend to go maybe four or five times a month I still feel I'm getting my moneys worth, but I definitely could wash my car a little more frequently. C'est la vie. I do recommend this location however when you're leaving it be careful. It has a very steep drop. Give yourself a little bit of an angle so you don't bottom out your car. read more

Over the last month, I went out of my way to use the Hilliard mumu that has vastly superior timing to its foam release and brushing system. Given the number of complaints registered against this MEW's equipment, I thought maybe they would've fixed some things so I came through today. Pulled my full-size SUV in put it neutral and as it started to move forward, I noticed that the first 2 to 3 feet of the vehicle got hit with the dry brush before the foam bath starts to fall from above in a sheet. A year ago at this location, the foam sheet started right when my bumper passed Forward so that the paint was properly foamed and wetted before starting to get hit with their brushes. The fact that they do not put any water or foam on the vehicle before the brushes hit is inexcusable and were this a franchise I would have them pull their franchise tag. It's not that difficult pull in any square body, GM or Ford SUV and you will find that the nose your vehicle gets hit with brushes two or 3 feet into it before proper foam has rained down from above as it designed to happen at the very beginning. read more

I keep my car garaged. And I work from home. This is to say, it has very little opportunity to be on the road or to get damaged. I got my car washed two Fridays in a row at this location. I noticed the day after the second car wash, that the entire passenger side hood was scratched. Very uniform, front to back scratches. (See photo). I called to speak to a manager who sent me grainy photos and a video that did't work, "Proving that the damage was on my car before it entered the car wash." The photos he emailed did not show this large area of damage. He said I could come in and look at the video. But when I asked if the attendant working that day indicated the large damage to my car before I entered the car wash (which is their policy to do...the attendant will tap anywhere on your car that has significant damage prior to entering and then tap your passenger rearview mirror to indicate that their check is complete.) He wouldn't show me the video. When I asked him to come out and look at the damage since it looked nothing like the photo that was emailed to me, he said sometimes the sun creates a glare and you can't see the damage. He sent another manager out to me who offered a $50 gift card. Not sure why they would offer that if they didn't think they were responsible. I found it insulting. I asked to speak to another manage who I asked to review the video from the Friday before when my car came through. To see if we can see the damage in that video...but he claimed that after reviewing 7 hours of video footage my car never came through. Even though I have the charge receipt proving it did go through that day. I offered to come in and look through the entire day's video, on my own time, but he said it was against their policy. My car is a 2014. It only has two minor scratches and two small car door dings on it. I park very far away when I go anywhere, and keep it garaged. I have taken such excellent care of this car and I am so disappointed the hood is ruined. Be careful. Maybe take pix of your car before and after you enter. Sounds ridiculous to have to do, but its your word against theirs. Even if their attendant didn't indicate any damage and gave the all-clear sign. And of course, you can't fight photo glare. I will say, everyone who "helped" me with this was overly kind and responsive in the beginning. It almost seemed patronizing or like they've been heavily trained and coached on how to handle these types of situations to make people feel bad and go away. read more

This is the closest car wash to me. There was no line when I came a little close to 1 on a Saturday. The workers always tend to be young guys for some reason. Anyway, it's not hard using the payment system. It's on a touchscreen. I did the $8 option which didn't have underbody or any special stuff. It washes my car well, but the dryer isn't stellar. This is the second time I've done it and I'm still left with a bit of water. I've heard other friends tell me the same. Eh. I'll stick with it until I move close to a better one. Went there to get a car wash, that is all. I have never had a problem here, till Thursday August 29th. I pulled up and a man with a red beard came out to do my card at the machine. He was trying to sell me an unlimited monthly wash. I told, I was not interested, after the third time he was getting an attitude and said, "what you don't want to save money?" I told him I just want the wash,and to stop badgering me. Instead of apologizing he said it is his job. I said fine let me out, proceeded to leave.. While leaving he looked over at a female employee, and said the "dumbass doesn't want to save money." That fact that he was comfortable saying that speaks volumes about how the place is run. I got out of my car and leveled some choice words at him, I was really pissed. Guess they would rather lose money over the long haul, than be good at their jobs. During July, 2016 to Oct, 2019, my husband, a dementia old man, was charged 40 months for no service, every month $25 or $24.99, total $999.76, but he didn't get any notice ahead or later. For future washes under monthly special, a scanner above your car will allow you to enter. This wash is quick and makes car very clean. Along the side of the building they offer free vacuums. They offer several levels of monthly service so there is one that is right for you and by automatic renewal via your card and you can cancel anytime. After making the selection, the attendant helps you onto the drive-thru-track and then you proceed through the wash. The car was surprisingly clean, not perfect, but cleaner than I expected. As far as car washes go, I was a fan of Moo Moo Car Wash. It was quick and easy to get in and the free vacuuming they offer is very helpful and actually useful. So many other car wash locations say they have free vacuuming, but might have only a few places to park and make the hoses so inconvenient to use. I might go back for this service alone. The prices are fair for a car wash and I felt they did a fairly good job. The only thing I thought was a bit less effective was in blowing off the water from the car at the end. Just come with a towel to give your car a quick towel dry after leaving the wash as you park in a vacuuming spot, but this really is a great place to wash your car. read more

Moo Moo Car Wash is pretty much the only automated wash I'll let touch my car. The turbo dry doesn't always get everything, but the $15 top-tier wash is pretty much my go-to when I need to look good in a hurry. Another feather in their cap: I detailed my car here using the vacuums and the $15 wash here before surrendering my lease and the dealer even offered a compliment and asked where I went and how much it cost. I said it was about $15 and 30 minutes of my time, with a little bit of elbow grease after at home. Kudos on that. Oh, and just to reiterate: the vacuums here are great. Definitely worth a stop if you need to get at any nooks or crannies under your chair. I'd definitely pay for a monthly plan, but it's just a tad too steep for me. read more

Pretty frustrated with their customer service. Their receipt machine has been broken - so if you pay for someone else's $25 unlimited wash by mistake (like I did), you wouldn't know until you look at your credit card bill. This apparently happens pretty often according to one of the employees. I asked for a printed receipt by an attendant, and he gave me the wrong one that said $10 (which is what I thought I paid for). I've now been in once and left two voicemails and have still not received a refund for a service I did not receive - now totaling $50 in charges. I'll be going back in person for a second time, something I should not have to do as it should have been taken care of already. I will likely continue to use the free vacuums. They are convenient. Anyway, my mom passed her older, but nice and somewhat fancy car down to me recently. I'm all about getting car washes these days to keep it looking nice, and Moo Moo is where I like to go! I get the $8 wash, since it seems to be a safe bet. I just looove going through the car wash, seriously, it makes me happy. I love the rainbow soap or whatever it is. My car smells so nice afterward!! My car is usually not 100% dry and clean, maybe 90-95% dry and clean, so that's why only 4 stars. Some suggest bringing your own towel and wiping the rest off, but let's be real, I'm not that serious about it. Overpriced for the poor job and risk of damage to your car. Went there the other day when it was nice and sunny to get all the salt off the 'mobile. I got the mid range "Low Fat" wash. After going through the wash, and stopping to throw a few items away, I noticed that the machine had missed the entire bottom 6 inches. and another strip about 20" up. I went into the office to complain, but it was unmanned. The only person on the job was the guy directing people into the tracks. He was way too busy directing the line of cars to look into the office. On a previous visit (when it first opened and was free) I watched as it damaged an older ladies car in front of me. One of the brushes came in too close on the side and put a massive dent and series of scratches from the front to the rear of her midsize SUV. Also, watch as you drive out, all the oil from the oil change business next door leaks all over the shared drive. Nice way to ruin you brand new wash. read more

The servicemen and women never make me feel like a boob for holding up the line at the car wash (I can never insert my tire into the belt on the first try). To put the final touches on my glitzy seemingly-new 2005 Civic, I swing on over to the free vacuums. Moo Moo touts at least 10 vacuums, so I have yet to wait in line to vacuum my car. The first time I came I got that fancy deluxe package that when you enter the barn a siren goes off and makes you think you just killed moo moo the cow herself. Why are automatic car washes so fun? Like, really, I revert to my 8-year-old self when I'm driving through. Ooooh, rainbow colored bubbles! Fancy automatic brush things! Woooo! Weird giddiness aside, this car wash is pretty solid. I did the $10 deluxe wash and it did a pretty good job. Didn't get absolutely everything off, but my car was insanely dirty. You're in and out in a few minutes and after the wash the super high-powered vacuums are free. The guy at the beginning was friendly and they have some great pricing options, including an unlimited wash package for around $25 I think. I thought for sure I'd reviewed Moo Moo Car Wash before. No? Okay. Well... at first I thought being a "fan" of a car wash seemed like an unnecessary overstatement. Can one really be a fan of a car wash? Well, count me in, I suppose. In fact, I pretty much don't go anywhere else for car washes. This location would be out of my way (I live in German Village), except my parents live close to here, and visiting them usually reminds me to do responsible things like wash my car. There's three levels of wash-- from skim milk to the full fat. I think the skim milk pretty much gets the job done. Can't say I've noticed a tremendous difference between the base wash and the more deluxe packages. There's also something about unlimited monthly washing? I don't know, I don't use it. They used to have punch cards for free washes-- which they may still have. All of the attendants are above-and-beyond friendly and helpful (for a carwash), should you need to interact with them. You mostly won't need to, though, as everything is automated from the paying to the wash itself. Free vac! It's placed for use for AFTER your spin through the wash, which makes sense. Usually I'm more concerned about my interior than my exterior, but I'm willing to pay for a wash to have access to the free vac. The weirdest part is the stuffed animal cows inside of the carwash chamber. It seems like they would get moldy from being in a soggy carwash all the time, no? read more

This car wash is one of the better automatic car wash in the area. It's reasonably priced from $5 to $15. The car wash at $15 is adequate, but there was an excess of bugs on the front bumper that didn't get taken care of. Driving to Marysville to Dublin catches quite a few bugs in the front bumper. I was a bit let down by not all the bugs where taking care of, but overall I'd rank it a good value for $15. The free vacuums are good. The staff was friendly at the pay station. Overall, I would go back and recommend the car wash. read more
