I have purchased a car wash at this location twice. The first time, I found my car was still dirty…read moreafterward and had to wash it by hand. I was not too surprised, as it had been a long time since I had washed it and there was some baked-on grime. The second time I was surprised. I parked under the wrong tree and got some kind of fruit dropped on the car. The fruit was still mushy when I went to the wash, but the light-touch service left an abundance of dropped fruit still on my hood, roof, and glass. I complained to the attendant, and he allowed me to go through again. This did not completely remove all the fruit, but it made a big difference so I drove home and went back over a couple of spots. I think in the future I will find a place where I can wash it by hand.

When they called me back, they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with the tire, even after they took it off the vehicle and everything. Since nothing was wrong, they didn't charge me any fee or anything! They even replaced the valve on the tire for free for me incase it just wasn't reading right. They even checked things like my break pads and battery. Thankfully, they found out my battery (less than a year old) was almost dead! Thank god they checked or I could've been stranded somewhere. Michael was the individual who called me back I believe, so I assume he was one who worked on my car. Thank you NTB and Michael for your help and service. If anything is ever wrong with my car, I know where to go!

I called them up while we were waiting for our tow and we discussed if they had the tire in stock or if we could just go with what they did have. The person I spoke to was so helpful, she looked up the tire and said it needed to be ordered. I was also told they could replace all four tires and get us on our way that day. We ended up going with that option and were able to be towed to the NTB in time to get that done. Joe and his team kept us informed throughout and got us on our way as soon as they could. Everyone was just so helpful, we are beyond grateful for the help and courteousness.
