They got me in super quickly to diagnose the truck, and had it repaired and ready to get back on the road by the next morning. Even checked and filled all the truck tires and camper tires for me. Brought old car in and asked for the free tire rotation where it's done X number of miles, and the person prescreens you with a question "are you here just for a tire rotation today?" While he inspects the tires, later returns and says he can't because there's a check engine light on - which has nothing to do with rotation of tires, and i had to go elsewhere to rotate the tires. Number of miles already hit for their service, bought tires from them and was in their system, but it's an unscrupulous way to deny you your tire rotation service, and it was the 2nd time that i had a rotation with them, guess the first is to lure you in. Terrible business that doesn't honor rotations when they feel like it, when you get this treatment then you'll know, until then you may think they're good and experts. No, experts and professionals do not act like this. But while they check you in by inspecting your vehicle, they act like they're going to do the included service with your tire rotation, but they ask prescreening questions during the so called chit chat in the beginning. Tire rotations for an old car have nothing to do with a check engine light. They told me come back in maybe a few months we can't do it today until that check engine light is cleared. Big red flag, this business has gone downhill.

This place is terrible. my car was in the shop for 3 months. Transmission getting replaced. The has…read moreto send work to other shops to do his repairs. Also, he has to get someone else to calibrate the replacement transmission. After getting the vehicle back a month later, it starts making a whining noise. I read up and it says it possibly low transmission fluid. I check the dip stick and it doesn't even show up on the dip stick. I have to add 3 quarts of transmission fluid. A few days later, my AC does not work. I take it to another shop and they tell me carrier bearing housing is missing. Likely from when they replaced the transmission, they didn't put this back on. I would highly suggest not using this place.
