My car hasn't shined this nicely in a long time. They even did some additional tidying up on their own and I can't be happier. Superb service and superb clean up. Best of all, they came out to me and didn't leave any sort of a mess and were done in no time. I'm very impressed by how friendly and respectful these young men were. The prices are excellent and i definitely got more than I expected. I'm sure to be a regular customer when in the area. When I came out to wipe the van down I noticed I had 2 different circular scratches on my passenger door that I KNOW FOR A FACT were not there before. An incident report was filed. When I followed up today I was informed that they have 2 signs up that state they are not responsible for any starches. So make sure you are aware you are stuck if this happens to you. When I pulled up to the car wash, I realized that I have never put my newer car in neutral. It's not an intuitive step in newer Audi's. The shift goes from R to D not N, unless you release the switch. The attendant stood outside my car yelling at me. "Put your f'ing car in neutral." I tried to ask for help, but instead, he just kept yelling and waving his hands aggressively in the air. After my daughter did a Google search to figure it out, we proceeded through only to realize when we arrived home that they never touched the back of the car. It was filthy. Pictures included. I was not too surprised, as it had been a long time since I had washed it and there was some baked-on grime. The second time I was surprised. I parked under the wrong tree and got some kind of fruit dropped on the car. The fruit was still mushy when I went to the wash, but the light-touch service left an abundance of dropped fruit still on my hood, roof, and glass. I complained to the attendant, and he allowed me to go through again. This did not completely remove all the fruit, but it made a big difference so I drove home and went back over a couple of spots. I think in the future I will find a place where I can wash it by hand.
