    Ultimate Shine Car Wash

I went to get a car wash today at Ultimate Shine in Hollins VA on Williamson Rd and had to go…read morethrough the wash 2 times and my car was still dirty. Showed the employee in the red shirt and he apologized and said, "unfortunately the VP has made us speed up the wash and we are no longer allowed to do the prewash". This is insane. Charge astronomical prices and then rip off your customers by purposely speeding up the car wash, which affects quality and service. I had to go to another car wash to actually get a clean car out of my purchase! Never using this company again and letting everyone I know not to either. I have had the Ultimate Ceramics membership $$$ since this location opened. MEMBERSHIP CANCELED!

I decided to treat myself to a car wash for my birthday. What I got was verbally assaulted and…read morehumiliated! To begin, the card reader would not read my card. It took four attempts. When I pulled up to the car wash, I realized that I have never put my newer car in neutral. It's not an intuitive step in newer Audi's. The shift goes from R to D not N, unless you release the switch. The attendant stood outside my car yelling at me. "Put your f'ing car in neutral." I tried to ask for help, but instead, he just kept yelling and waving his hands aggressively in the air. After my daughter did a Google search to figure it out, we proceeded through only to realize when we arrived home that they never touched the back of the car. It was filthy. Pictures included. Probably the WORST customer experience of my life.
