Today, my friend had a 90 minute massage with Kristee and I had a 90 minute massage with Angie. They both were incredibly good. The best massage I've had in a long time. Plus, they are both so nice. We searched the room thoroughly before leaving and rechecked all luggage again once we got home, with no success. My husband contacted the hotel and was told the morning staff would be asked. Given the value of this item, that response is not sufficient. A property at this level should have a clear, documented lost-and-found process with accountability, rather than relying on informal follow-up. We paid over $600 for a one-night stay. The level of urgency and communication so far does not reflect the seriousness of the situation. I am requesting that management conduct a formal review, including verification with housekeeping, review of lost-and-found records, and any applicable security procedures, and provide a direct, documented follow-up.

On a recent vaca week spent in Palm Springs, my husband and I wanted to check this place out. We brought our own food and water canisters, which was good because the food there wasn't great (fried chicken, chips, cookies). The margarita's are decent, so that was nice. We had a totally fun, no pressure time. Everyone is super respectful of what you and your partner are into and not into. We said we're just enjoying our day together, and that was the end of that- truly no pressure. Conversely, we saw some couples say they wanted to do the whole swap thing, and that they did. Again though, no judgement and everyone is mature about it. We spent the day chillaxing au natural in between the pool and hot tub. It was a fun and sexy day, and we would go again. If you're debating going here... I'd say go! I was so nervous beforehand, and then it ended up to be no big deal at all.

It's hidden in the hills in a residential neighborhood and looked rather small from the outside. But as you enter, it opens up to a very nice, open pool and garden oasis. There aren't many rooms, as it is a more intimate type Resort. All of them are ground level and surround the main pool areas. I stayed in a suite which had a private patio with a stone tub so you can have your own personal mineral bath. The room was very clean, not a lot of amenities, but it did have a small kitchenette and a very cool record player complete with records to play. There are three mineral pools. One is smaller with jets and has a higher temperature than the other two. There's another bigger one that serves as a swimming pool with a lower temperature. And the third one is enclosed with a medium temperature. As you walk further through the garden and down some stone steps, you will reach a small spa that has various rooms for treatments. There is also a dry sauna, showers, and an infrared sauna on the outside. This one was my favorite because the glass doors face the garden. It was very Zen. The massage therapist were very good. Thank you to Landon and Andrew for that. I really appreciated the intimacy of the Resort and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Mel was especially helpful and kind. I left the Resort feeling very relaxed and at peace. I will definitely return.

The property is so beautiful with foliage and flowers around the property very quiet at all times which helped with the serene aspect. My favorite thing was all amenities were 24 hour access which was perfect. They had three wonderful pools to choose from all varying temperatures, but really comfortable and two sauna chambers one wood and other infrared.
