They won't help you outside of WIOA with zero income, if you're a single parent without custody, and if you have physical disabilities or no work experience.

Realized after I filed a chargeback with my credit card company that they planned to use this falsified "diploma" to dispute and win the chargeback. I will need to sue them in small claims court to get my money back. RUN RUN RUN RUN!!!!
