Kris was such an amazing instructor! First, let me start by how kind and patient this guy is. I made a mistake regarding the meeting location and ended up being an hour late for our start time, but Kris was so patient with my family and gave us time to drive all the way from Cabo San Lucas to San Jose Del Cabo. Once we arrived at the location he gave a quick intro and of course safety rules and then we went right to flyboarding. This man is awesome at what he does and gives great instructions to help you get the most of your experience. My dad who doesn't swim wanted to try it, but became frightened and almost backed out as soon as he got in the water. Kris was able to talk him into trying it out for 5 minutes, but he ended up doing it for almost half an hour with Kris' help. Seriously the BEST EXPERIENCE in Los Cabos!!!

Repelling is a bit scary, but don't back out, you'll be happy you did it. Would be nice if you could repel twice because the first time you are just figuring it out. FYI - They have lockers to keep your stuff in and they supply water throughout the zip line course. Tip - Let your strap and carabiner hold your weight, lean back and pull your knees up. Don't try to pull your self up with the handles, don't put your legs out straight. That makes you turn and slows you down. Con - They want to sell you photos so they won't let you bring mobile phones. If they want good reviews and for viral videos, they need to let customers shoot their own shots. The pay photo model is outdated and the shots weren't that good. They were asking $185 for the photos and videos. Tip - Sneak a phone and don't let them see it. If possible wear shorts with pockets you can zip up. If not, you can use your harness strap as a way to hold your phone in your pocket. Con - At the end they want you to purchase tiny quesadillas for $7 that's made with tortillas the size of street tacos. They make you sit around and you can't leave because you are waiting for a driver. Our driver took an hour to show up after our zip line time ended. We wanted to be back at the pool at our resort, so it was a buzz kill.

My daughter ordered the steak nachos and I ordered the steak tacos. Nachos were made with fresh tortilla chips which were very yummy and the steak very tender. The tortilla for the tacos were made of purple corn. I think. Which was delicious and it came with a side of beans, chips, hot sauce and some pico. It was all very delicious. I forgot pictures sorry! I was too hungry to think about it. There was also tequila testing. They give you the option to see the pictures and videos taken by them and provide you the prices too. I paid $65 total for ours . A child MUST be accompanied by an adult so that forces more people to join. You think after spending over $800 for 4 people they would treat us like royalty right? WRONG. They do not mention any photo pricing online because they don't want to scare you away before you purchase your tickets. But let me tell you, it's an all or nothing photo package (you cannot pick a few or buy per picture) and it was over $500!!!!!! The b*tch working at the photo center must get off on making kids cry because when you call her out on the ridiculous prices, she shuts off the computer, takes her booklet, and says "ok good bye, there's the door". They do not negotiate at all because they know you have no other option. It's truly heartless. How insulting after we just spent $800 just on the tickets for a 30 min SHARED experience. They allow observers who are not doing the dolphin experience but they conveniently put them far away from where the dolphins are so it's impossible for them to take any pictures or video. Note: females you are NOT allowed to have anything in your hair such as hair ties or clips which there is no mention online or even when you check in. They don't give a reason why and it really sucked because the day we went it was super windy and our hair went everywhere ruining a lot of the photos plus making it hard to see in the water with hair in your face. We had the coolest trainer with his dolphin Coby. And our amazing photographer, Caitlyn. She took the best photos!! It was my first time to do it. Mind you it is a bit pricey, and also the photo packages are expensive. I opted for the digital copies to keep my memories. I think it's worth it for this once in a lifetime chance. Check in is smooth! The only thing is don't forget get your bathing suit! I forgot mine on the ship and basically spent the price of my excursion to buy one to wear at the experience. The first day, there was a lot of miscommunication, we ended up having an extremely dissatisfied experience not just from not catching fish but in terms of captain being unpleasant, boat, and general service. After posting a review about this; my husband was contacted by Daliken and we were offered to come back on another day. Luckily we had time available in our trip. Now, our second trip was exactly what we were expecting. Easy check in process, personable captain (Reuben was great!!!) everything matched the description of the experience and website. We did end up catching a large Mahi Mahi but regardless if we caught anything or no; the experience was fantastic! On a well kept, boat that felt safe to be on. Captain did a lot of explanation of where we were going, what type of fish to expect, what to do if we did catch something and just generally held conversation well and kept us engaged even in slower parts of the day. We even saw dolphins, turtles and seals! Which was super cool but again regardless of just having a great day on the water with catching and seeing so much, Reuben made our experience fantastic!
