Once a girl sold me a Q4 coil for a Smok Prince tank and it was defective, I drove all the way back to shop to let her know she might want to inform ownership in case they received a bad batch from the vendor, and she argued with me saying it was not defective...she called her manager because she didn't know what to do and refused to swap it out for a good coil. I left the shop letting her know she lost my business as a customer. I get a phone call from the owner stating he apologized for the inconvenience and if I were to come back, he would give me a coil on the house- no cost. I went to redeem the offer and he didn't notate my account like he had promised so I looked like a desperate fool trying to get something for free... Never again, avoid at all costs...waste of time and money.
