I had the windows of my new Tesla Model S Plaid tinted recently with Stratos 30%, and couldn't be happier with the results. The car looks SO much better, and is MUCH cooler. My A/C runs noticeably quieter on hot days. The price was slightly higher for my car than the base price advertised, so be sure to get a price quote before you go. There was an unfortunate incident when I picked up my car. It was pouring rain, and without request, the kind & ambitious installer went out of his way to fetch my car from the pouring rain so that I would not get wet. Very kind gesture. Unfortunately, while pulling the car into the bay, he bumped into a boat trailer and put 3-4 scratches in the bumper. Since my car was brand new and was in perfect condition, my stomach sank when I backed the car up and found this damage. HOWEVER, when I pointed out the damage to the installer, he immediately called David the owner, and David couldn't have handled the situation better. He provided several options to have the car repaired while still giving me the option to use a body shop of my choice. I chose Tesla Collision because I wanted my new car repaired to Tesla's specifications (ie: removing and repainting the bumper, rather than taping it and painting it in place). He then paid for the $1,200+ in damages directly. The car is like new again. Even despite this unfortunate accident which caused me much stress, I would NOT hesitate to use Ultimate Window Tinting. Word of advice; if you're going to tint then pay a little extra for the top of the line option. There's a difference between ceramic and non-ceramic, and it's not just the price. The ceramic option keeps the car cooler and blocks out more UV light. It's my first time using ceramic and I'm glad I made that choice. They guys here will make their recommendations but won't pressure you into anything. This isn't an industry where there's a lot of window shopping (ba-zing!). I just moved back to Orlando from Atlanta, where I lived for the past year and a half. While up here I purchased a new car and didn't have the windows tinted. Georgia has some really, really archaic laws - and one of those is against tinting. (Side note: another of those laws is you can't get a drink on Sundays until after 1!! Who doesn't want a Bloody Mary before 1 on a Sunday?) After parking my car in the hot Florida sun for 3 weeks I realized I had to get those windows tinted. I approached this with an unhealthy amount of skepticism due to a botched tint job by a different provider. I was pleasantly surprised that this was the same place that was able to fix that last botched job. I am extremely happy with my tint and I can't find ANY imperfections (and I have a keen eye for that stuff). Right out the gate, I was a bit worried because the back window looked really bubbly, but when I called to ask about that, I was assured that would clear up over the next couple days as the remaining moisture went away. I came across Ultimate Window Tinting and saw that many customers were really satisfied with their work. On their page, I was able to request a quote. I got a response almost instantly and called to make an appointment. The woman that I spoke to on the phone was very nice and answered all my questions. Fast forward to my appointment...I arrived a little early and the guys that were working had no problem getting started on my car. The three young men were very friendly and worked really well together to get my windows done in very little time. They have a little seating area with chairs, a tv, and snacks that you can enjoy while you wait. I believe my car was done in about 30 minutes and they did a great job! I would have loved to give them 5 stars, but my interior was a little dirty when I got back in to drive. I asked for some napkins to wipe down the spots they missed. I also noticed that my back seats were a little dirty as well. Not really a big deal since the seats are black and I wiped them down when I got home, but when it's a brand new car, you want it to stay clean for as long as you can.
