Dave delivered exceptional quality with a great price and friendly service. He has all of my tinting business moving forward. I have had 3 cars tinted in the past and while they were all "good", I still found flaws/things to complain about. I heard good things about Ultimate so I brought in my Mazda 3. I did price shop and found two other highly rated places to be a bit rude and impatient. I gave Dave a call and he was cool about answering all of my questions. I had an appointment for 11A today and arrived about 10 minutes late. Service was really friendly and his prices are great. I went and had lunch with my girlfriend and received a call about an hour and a half later saying it was done. After careful inspection, I am really impressed. It looks really clean and professional. Dave gave me a rundown of some tips and I left happy and shaded. Bottom line, the quality of work should be number one and I feel like Ultimate hit it out of the park with how good the car looks. Called and made an appointment for the next day. Luckily they called back and said they had immediate availability if I could make it. I went in and they were just finishing up another car. I only had to wait a few minutes then they got to me. They helped pick out which tint I wanted and explained what my 'legal' limit was. There is a waiting room with some chairs with drinks and snacks. You can also see your car and watch as the work is being done. For my whole car it only took approximately 40-45 minutes. Job was well done. They explained what to do next and what not to do and how it would progress over the next few weeks. It also comes with warranty I assume for things like bubbles etc which they don't expect to happen... but its good to know they will correct any issues if they arise. Also, make sure you get the yelp coupon. I paid $20 and it gives you $40 off. That was on top of the already fair price of 250 which was cheaper than other places that had quoted me. - Very satisfied customer. read more

Ultimate was fast in replying, asked the right questions, gave me choices on both product and price, and made it seem like they valued new customers. Others I reached out too either took a long time to respond, one even went as far and not reading my request and another was too busy to reply for a day and a half. Ultimately, I ended up making an appointment with Ultimate Window Tinting. Not my closest option but worth the drive. Messaged them on yelp, they asked me to call. Lady was very nice, answered all my questions and set up an appointment for the following day at 2pm. The place looks very sketchy but I went in and checked in at 1:55pm. Sat in my car for over an hour before they came out and said they were *almost* ready for me. Star taken off for making me wait and mostly for not communicating. If I knew they had two cars ahead of mine, I would've left and come back. They were nice but seemed overwhelmed with walkups. Finally at 3:15pm they pull my car in. I had asked about 15% and 30% and granted, I was unsure and changed my mind a couple times but the one thing I was not unsure about was that I wanted all windows to match and I mentioned that several times. I chose 30% ceramic and walked to Starbucks while they worked. When I returned 45 min later, I still had to wait. As soon as they pulled my car out, I noticed back windows didn't match front ones (another star taken off). At that point, I had been there for 2.5 hours, it was raining and wanted to leave so I paid and left. My windows look great, but they aren't what I asked for. Overall, I'm not satisfied and if I could, I would go somewhere else. read more

Very professional, waited in a small area where they had a snack bar and coffee. It took about 30 minutes to take of a previous tint off (done by someone else,somewhere else) and put in a new one. Love it no bubble no marks and I got the ceramic Film in it as well which helps with blocking more UV. I got both my front wi does done and the price was great.
