The moment I confirmed the order I realized the computer had populated an incorrect address. I immediately contacted them and also followed up with a phone call. They told me they would redirect the shipment or send the product to the correct address. I also said if it was easier they could just cancel the order and I could have someone pick it up for me. Weeks went by and I called yesterday and they were surprised I hadn't received my order. This morning they called and said they couldn't cancel the shipment or redirect the shipment so they won't refund my money or reship the item. Had they told me this weeks ago I possibly could have tried to retrieve the shipment from the place they sent it to. There is no way this item was shipped out within seconds of me ordering it.

Dr. Germain made him feel so comfortable and was able to put the light back into my son's spirit immediately. It was a process with his skin, but everything she recommended worked! That son now lives in Charlotte, but he still comes home when needed to see Dr. Germain or Dr. Holly. He says his trust is in her practice and mine is too. Dr. Germain and her staff are top notch and I could honestly say, probably the best in the nation. She has branched off into so many different directions of procedures and products to fit the need of any and everyone. I'm so thankful for her blessing to be able to treat and care for the skin and body of all who are in need.

I went in for lip filler with Dr. Nicole and it was a nightmare. I have pretty full lips so I just…read morewanted a little bit of hydration. I had went to a different practice three years prior (out of state) and received half a syringe of filler and left with minimal bruising and swelling. After Dr. Nicole filled my lips I left extremely bruised and swollen. The procedure felt very aggressive and rushed like many other appointments I have had with her. When going back in to the office to express my concern about the lumps, she explained to me that this is very rare and I could have an underlying autoimmune issue going on. After getting hundreds of dollars worth of blood work done to come back all within normal range I again went back in to dr. Nicole to have some of the lumps dissolved. During this appointment she asked her assistant to fill a syringe with hyaluronidase (a substance to dissolve filler) to which she luckily caught her assistant filling the syringe with Daxxify (tox). I can't imagine what would have happened if she didn't catch this mistake. She then explained to me she couldn't feel anymore lumps and to come back in a few weeks for a check. In the mean time I did a lot of research of some of the best injectors in the Charleston area (which I should have done a long time ago) and found an amazing injector. She did an ultrasound on my lips and found multiple lumps remaining and explained I may need to see a plastic surgeon to have them removed. I explained my concerns to Dr. Nicole and requested my money back for the lip filler in which she wanted me to come in. I refused because honestly I lost trust in her. Please do your research and don't go for the best deal when picking your injectors.

I went to physicians plan weight loss & wellness for their weight loss & laser removal program. I…read morehad booked an appointment for my daughter and I. I went in expecting laser treatment to remove pigment discoloration on my skin. The esthetician (Kaitlyn Young) insisted on the "VI Peel" and guaranteed I would see results that exceeded the exceptions I clearly conveyed to her in the consultation. My daughter also had an appointment that day inregards to her skin condition. Kaitlyn insisted that my daughter discontinue the cream prescribed to her by the dermatologist she said, & I quote "Dermatologists don't know what they're doing, they're clueless, & will prescribe anything." She than insisted than we buy $200 worth of products from her claiming that we will see results "the next morning" We went in for a follow-up appointment 3 days later, and I mentioned that my daughter's skin is worsening by the day since starting the new products. She replied back with "that's normal, not to worry" Week later I emailed over a few photos of my daughter's face to her. She replied back recommending we go back to the dermatologist. (The one she said, didn't know anything) I was shocked, speechless, and upset because I had just spent $200 on products that she said would solve my problem only for her to turn around and say "go back to the dermatologist." A few days later I went in for my VI Peel session for my face, chest, underarms, back, & arms, and scheduled a follow-up 2 weeks later. In those 2 weeks only my face had peeled & absolutely nothing else. I mentioned that at my follow up appointment and let her know I wasn't happy because nothing had peeled besides my face. When she saw her treatment didn't work, she started making excuses and refused to own up. There was absolutely no difference in the before and Afters. At this point, I had enough with what happened with my daughter and I. I asked for a refund. She contacted her manager, Dr. Chris which after he saw the before and Afters immediately processed the refund as "store credit" despite me requesting it to go back to my card. Since the money went back "store credit" I was forced to go back in to the office for round two. Dr. Chris assured me that I would feel welcomed and comfortable. This couldn't have been farther from the truth, as soon as I walked in, the receptionist warned Kaitlyn that I had come in. I was ignored and felt very unwelcomed. The whole office felt very tense, and not at ease. I was taken straight to my room, the physicianist was very strict, very unwelcoming, no smile, and strictly business. She took me off of my current weight loss plan and put me on something alot less effective. After a week of being on the new meds, I realized how ineffective it really is. I called in asking for a higher dose, which they refused. After alot of back and forth Summer put me on a 3 way call with Dr. Chris, she talked over me the whole time and lied. I wasn't able to get my point across to Dr. Chris therefore my request was declined. I have not went back since, and have not been fully refunded. The whole experience was very humiliating, degrading, and an all around terrible experience. They lacked alot of knowledge in their areas of expertise, which caused so many mistakes and trials to be done on us! This is not an experience that anyone has to ever go thru. I have since took my business elsewhere and have been very satisfied. Looking back at everything now I can't believe how I put up with everything that happened, and didn't pay closer attention to all the red flags.
