I gave dave 4 thousand dollars to paint an empty 800 square foot condo with no furniture and he didn't finish painting kitchen or hallways or closet shelves. It was an easy job. But it was a nightmare. I have a list a mile long. The straw that broke the camels back was him doing something simple like putting a rod in my closet to hang my cloths. Well I put my last piece of clothing on rod and the whole closet rods and brackets came out of wall on top of me. He came back after his vacation 1 week later and fixed it then he measured wrong and I couldn't open the drawers from dresser inside of closet that he knew I had to open the drawers. So that being said I couldn't trust Dave installing my cabinets for premier. He can't even hang a closet rod let alone cabinets. Hit or miss kinda a guy. Live and learn. Reviews are for a reason. Next time I will listen. That was a lot of money for me Beware.

The bigger furniture couldn't be moved to a different floor. In 2 1/2 days they took everything up by moving furniture back and forth and then replaced the old stuff with luxury vinyl planking. It looks great now and we appreciated Rhema's willingness to be flexible with our situation. TJ made sure we understood what they were able to do with a cement floor that was not ideal to work with and supplied workarounds that were fine.
