So, absolutely no advantage to dealing with these guys if you will need to replace your appliances... 5 stars for the service guys, NO stars for the owner, so 2.5 stars overall...The only reason I'm glad I dealt with these guys (who USED to be great) is that I now know who NOT to call in the future...
