The machines are older and show some wear and tear, but mostly work. The second floor is almost dangerous to work out in, though. The railing is/was loose enough to move with one hand, it's constantly 75-80+ upstarts due to ongoing AC problems. I've found myself unable to complete full workouts due to the temperature. They managed to build an office upstairs in a matter of weeks, however. Priorities, I suppose. Downstairs, the plates are everywhere, the benches are so close together you can't even pass between them, and the paper towel dispensers are often empty. The bathrooms are often in a state of disrepair, with paper towels shoved in crevices where fittings should be, at least 2 of the men's bathroom stalls have been out of order for at least a year. It's pretty inexpensive for a gym this size but some of these are actual safety issues. Myself and others have informed the staff multiple times, the issues persist.

I met Christy and Larry and started training with them and loved every minute of it. They taught me so much about conditioning and training the right way. Even though I don't live in Florida anymore I have continued to workout but I really miss working out with them. I am so grateful for all they taught me. Volleyball instruction at its Best!!!…read more Our daughter started a 5 week, once a week training regimen an every Sunday for an hour in a half. It was like 300$ so pretty good value!!! Our daughter has had a great time, every-time. The only con is in regard to it being a bit hot in the gym. It is a nice size, but needs more air flow. They do have an air conditioned front office, but if you want to sit and enjoy watching your kid in the session. It will be warm. Either way at this point of being the last day. It was def worth it to sign our daughter up and we will be signing her up again when opening for sign ups!!! AS ALWAYS TRY IT FOR UOURS

I haven't been to this gym in a little while, but I really loved it when I went. I saw some…read moreincredible results after just 1 month of consistently attending classes, which was much needed after months of not working out. They've since updated their equipment and their flooring, which is awesome. At the time that I attended, there was no open gym, which I know lots of people need to fit in a workout during the day. There's also no showers, so you can't wash after working out and head to work. But the owners are super sweet and down to earth, and so are the trainers. There's definitely a solid community there of people who encourage each other constantly. But it's not competitive, which makes it welcoming for newcomers like myself. I have a neck injury, and they worked with me to help me build strength without hurting myself. If you're looking for a CrossFit gym that isn't just full of people who are incredibly fit and intimidating, this gym is perfect. There are some people there who are super athletic and can life really heavy, but there's also a mixture of young and older people at all levels of fitness. You'll fit in no matter how much experience you have with the gym.
