When I did try to go to the gym I had to keep my stuff with me as all the lockers would have items in them but no locks (gym has left signs but do not enforce this) but would get in trouble if my bag was on the floor so gym time was usually cut short due to this. I had to contact my credit card to stop more payments to get ahold of someone from them. You'll get a call from ABC Fitness (that is their business name, Just Move fitness is a gym based in California and from the sound of it I am not the only person who reached out to them for assistance with my account). If you get a call from +1 (833) 311-0847, 8886397089, or 1800-8976877 none connect to a person. Also you can connect via app, but you'll need your account info which only way to get it is when you talk to someone (see how the run around goes?) do NOT waste your time with this gym unless you love to run so much you're ok getting the run around from them.

While I've never been in a crossfit gym and I've never done it, I've been in a lot of other gyms. This one has a great setup if you're looking for something beyond a traditional gym. Not only do they have many of the functional fitness equipment you'd expect in this type of gym, but they have a good amount and variety of each type. I can be an equipment hog when I'm dialing in my weight for each movement. The people were also super friendly and helpful, and the gym is very clean and spacious. As much as I'm sure people sweat in that place, there wasn't any of the off-putting gym odor. The equipment was in really good shape too. If I had one wish list item that I didn't see there, it would be a sled, but most gyms don't have them anyway. If you're unsure if this is a place for you or if you're from out-of-town and just looking to drop in a couple of times, they have a great deal where you can buy one of their cool tees/tanks and get two visits included with it. Brilliant marketing, because I'll definitely be wearing their billboard around now. And, when I'm back in town and have time for a workout, I'll definitely be back.

They were very kind and absolutely let me come in, hit a WOD, and didn't charge me a dime. Fast forward about a year later and I was now out of the Marine Corps and back in Lakeland, and beginning to be a full time member of CFL. Each and every day, the programming of the workouts were very well made to challenge your fitness, the competitive spirit in the gym helps drive you through even the hardest of workouts, and the community that has formed and blossomed into social events and brought new friendships is irreplaceable. The bottom line is that if you want to look and feel good, you are going to get that here. If you want to compete against others at this "sport of fitness" instead of wasting away for 30 minutes on a treadmill, you are going to get that here. If you want a supportive and active community of people reaching goals just like you want to reach, then you will also get that here.

Girl at the front desk checked and told my husband it was canceled. Then in May we were charged again which we challenged and we were given credit and then received email stating membership was canceled but now they are saying it was May, now receiving invoice for May and a fee. No one returns phone messages which we have left since April and now manager is ignoring paperwork being left for Mr. Ford at front desk on Friday 7/17. Never again would I belong.

LifeFit is perfect for me, I can get one on one training and don't have to worry about having an "audience". I've had to start out slow, but Ryan knows just what pace I can handle. He even tries to help me keep my eating on track and also gives me other handy tips as well. It's not easy starting out from basically no exercise at all to working out again, but I am loving it. He even meets me at 5am which is what works best for me. It is definitely worth the investment of my time and money. I am definitely glad I found this place.
