Worst location I have ever been at. Equipment not the best. Dirty and dank. Crappy equipment. Poorly managed. Would be better to be an empty bay than what it is now. Avoid and go to the one in Lakeland or Lake wales. read more

When I started coming to this location I had transferred my membership from another PF to this one. For some reason my previous gym transferred my account but deactivated me for whatever reason. The auburndale gym called them for me and fixed whatever the issue was. Great customer service. The gym itself appears to be well taken care of. Everything seems to be clean and managed properly. I've been to a few places that just let everything get ran down. The only thing I wish they had that they don't is rowing machines. Not seated rows, but an actual rower. I usually go around 12-3 range and it's not very busy during this time. It's definitely a good place to go for an easy hassle free workout. And how can you beat $10 a month? read more

Over 3 weeks without hot water - unforgivable!!! Every day I am told they will have it fixed tomorrow and tomorrow never comes and pretty soon I won't be either to this location! There are plenty of plumbers out there - fire whoever is responsible for the water and maintenance and hire a plumber pronto. read more

In the last 10 years, I've been to many Planet Fitness gyms... But this location is definitely lacking. I've been coming to this gym for a year and a half and have noticed that the quality is dipping. Just in the last month alone, there has been many times where they're simply out of paper towels. The bathrooms need more mopping where the toilets and showers are. The staff physically needs to check the stalls to see if patrons have left their belongs or toiletries behind. I keep seeing discarded travel sized shampoo and body wash bottles in the small alcove in the showers. Don't let me get started about the showers not having any hot water? Why kind of gym does this? There are signs posted that hot water is temporarily not working, but this is not excusable... especially after a month. Get it together. I get it... You're a budget gym, but you're better than this. On the positive side, the staff is pleasant and are earnest and keeping the workout areas of the gym clean. It's not their fault that the hot water isn't working... Just the owner. Cleanest , largest Planet fitness i have been too but your WIFI is the poorest out of all. Please work on fixing your connection issues because it's hard to workout without having poor connection and not be able to stream music. read more

I love this gym it's so clean and the staff is so friendly. No matter what time or hour I come to work out I never have a problem getting the equipment. The trainers are helpful to setting a workout schedule that fits my needs. The price is affordable and it's carries to what ever state I'm in. Thank you PF for helping me in changing my life. Being a member for a month now, I can say that I really am happy and satisfied with everything this planet fitness has to offer. I have showered here and the showers have always been well maintained and the whole locker room in general feels clean. Machines are always clean and I see the majority of other users wipe them down as well. The variety of cardio/weights etc.. is perfect for someone like me right now with the goals I have so I can't complain at all. Staff is super welcoming and friendly and it's good to be somewhere I feel comfortable at and have access to certain and all things for my fitness goals. read more

Really big parking lot in a big shopping plaza can't miss the gym the outside is painted purple. The inside is nice and clean. It's the cleanest locker room and showers I've ever seen in a gym. I like the massage bed and tanning bed area. It's quiet and relaxing also they have a member lounge with a TV that's really nice. The tootsie roll buckets were filled up that's a plus. read more
