He challenged me on my learning, which can be a little frustrating in real time but I feel it helped me retain more of the information, which is great for a class like this. I can tell he really takes his practice seriously, which I can appreciate. We had great dialogue discussing the concepts. The card was issued at the end of the course. I will recommend to anyone who needs First Aid/CPR/AED. PS. There's signs everywhere for "No phones in class". Keep them away. It's pretty easy. Just ask for a little break if you have something you have to attend to or need a quick hit of your "digital drug."
