Stay away from this company and Yoder smokers. I received an 24x48 grill and the welds in the main body are all ready cracking. Also there is paint runs that they recommend me to sand and paint myself on a $3000 grill. read more

After several years of deliberating on whether to buy a new Yoder YS640S pellet smoker I finally pulled the trigger this spring and did it. These are high end smokers that are sold only through a dealer network which ended up leading me to All Things Barbecue. I was drawn to this business by their website, which is top notch, the multiple positive discussions I had with their sales team prior to purchasing my smoker, the very diverse and large assortment of of Barbecue merchandise they carry and lastly the e-commerce focus of their business were all huge positives for me. Relative to my new smoker it's a beast (I mean that is the best of terms) that is built like a Sherman tank and is designed to last a lifetime. All Things Barbecue processed my order promptly, giving me good tracking info on the freight shipment where the shipment arrived in great condition. I had several follow up calls with the business after getting my new smoker dealing with the grills operation and its accessories where the staff at All Things Barbecue were courteous and very helpfull. Overall a very positive experience. Aside from my new smoker this business has become my new go to place for my meat rubs, brines, lathers and sauces that are high end specialty products that you will not find in your typical grocery store. These are the products you want to use when you want to elevate your barbecue game! They also have a large assortment of Barbecue tools, full line up of pellet smokers, stick smokers, grilles and pizza ovens. These are all high end stuff for the most part that you would only find in a specialty shop like this. The last thing to mention about this site are the large number the video recipes they have done with their chefs (Chef Tom is my favorite) that are some of the best I have seen and are perfect to help you elevate your game and become the talk of your neighborhood by the other guys who's wife berate them as to why they cant cook like you (OK a bit over the top here, but not to far off). Was given the run around with pricing and was charged an extra fee which they claimed was to make a crate for shipping. come to find out the smoker was in it's original crate. No crate making was done. if they so called made the shipping crate they do not check their work. the bottom of the box was busted and the extra pellets that we purchased were thrown in the bottom of the box and not inside the smoke which had plenty of room to store safely (was told not enuf room) aka crate was already fabricated) causing the boxes to become the victim of punctures from the shipping process resulting in the loss of two bags of pellets. read more

I've purchased from their website a few times. Really love the quality of all items I've gotten from them (rubs, sauce, grill cleaner, etc). Love their videos online as well. I ordered from them recently and one of the bottles of sauce I'd received had somehow leaked out the top during shipping. I emailed support in the evening, and within 30 minutes received a reply that a new bottle was on its way to me. Really appreciate great customer service like that, just wow. I order some Plowboys bbq bean starter kit and both bottles arrived quickly and despite the care given by them to ensure the bottles would be safe the USPS didnt take the care to prevent damage. I emailed the company and Aaron got back to me the next business day and is taking care of the issue. I appreciate the quick response and customer service to correct this issue. I purchased my smoker about 2 years ago and have enjoyed it very much. However, I was online the other day shipping and noticed there was an upgrade available for my smoker. It was the WiFi enabled control board and was advertised at $99.99. I added to cart along with some yardbird seasoning and clicked the cart. The price went up for the control board by $300! I reached out to All things bbq and they told me there was nothing they could do but would have someone from Yoder smokers call me to see what we could do. A manager called me and told me the price was $399 and that's it. I took screenshots and a screen recording to show them, but they didn't seem to care at all. read more

I called and wanted to see what the Black Friday or Cyber Monday specials they were running this year, so that I can plan my holiday shopping. Doug answered the phone, and responded with "I don't know I wasn't here last year." which is totally understandable. I asked him can you ask another employee what specials you guys had last year? and he responds "With what does it have to do with this year?" told him typically businesses will have similar specials year-over-year, and he said "No they don't " So that kind of ended our conversation... I had an order through another company fall through at the last minute just days before Christmas for a gift. I ordered from all things bbq in a panic in hopes of it arriving for the holiday and upon ordering sent an email asking if it was possible to get it by Christmas as shipping times to AK are often longer than in the lower 48. I had super prompt communication from customer service (Hannah) both times I inquired about it. I know the holidays are stressful so the fact that that happened was amazing. Advertised a pizza oven cover for a particular price. I called to confirm item and availability . I ordered the described cover and received a smaller cover. I reported the error and they agreed to send the correct cover. I got notification of second shipped and saw the incorrect item number in the email. So I called again. I alluded to the price of the item and that tipped them off to what was happening as they had assigned the less expensive price to the larger cover but the warehouse was pulling the lesser priced cover. They agreed that was indeed the problem and if I sent them the difference in price they would send the cover I originally ordered. Maybe it's me but I expected them to honor the web site advertised price and send me the correct cover for what I had already paid. After all the time and number of calls I needed to make and then basically telling them what their problem was ! They refused to honor price. All set with doing business with this place. read more

I purchased an Ooni pro pizza oven and a gas burner accessory from All Things BBQ. They were really great at taking my money and providing the product. However, their after purchase product support really STINKS! My Ooni gas burner quit working after 4 months. I contacted All things BBQ by phone and they told me to submit an on line service complaint. I purchased a heavy duty fire resistant grill mat. It was not cheap, $65. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager to make sure this grill mat would not stain my new Trex deck. They assured me that it would be no problem. Now my new deck has a 36x72" dark brown stain that cannot be removed. read more

More often than not, ATBBQ.com has better prices and a much better selection than even Amazon. Every recipe we've made from Chef Tom has been out-of-this-world good. I ordered a YS640 for my husband for Christmas and had it delivered to a friend's house to keep it a surprise. The ATBBQ staff were great at helping me facilitate the purchase and shipping....and I was delighted with the fantastic delivery and the extra pellets they threw in! One of the worst customer service staff I have ever encountered. Don was extremely rude and demeaning, and made it a point to prove he was right and the paying consumer was wrong. This was our first and last experience with All Things Barbecue, as the level of service provide was unprofessional, nasty and simply not worth my time nor money.
