I wasn't very impressed with my manicure. I went in and received a gel manicure the polish was uneven in most spots and spotty along with it on my finger. The manicurist that did my nails actually made them quite uneven and cut them too short in my opinion ,along with filling them crooked. There was no cuticle oil or care and I felt rushed. Ok I went in it was busy so I got an appointment in an hour. I came in for a manipedi. I got into the chair sat down and told the tech what colors I wanted and that I wanted French tips with a pink polish they had. She told I should get gels cause it's way better with French tips. I told her the gels don't work on my nails it lets go and debree seeps underneath. Then when they remove it it tears up my nails. She tried to argue with me about it. Finely she agreed to do French tips with the pink I had requested. She said it could be done with several coats. So after she sloppily cleaned up my nail a little she sent me over to wash my hands. No instructions ( I am not stupid but the facets were weird and I couldn't make them work, I had never been in this shop before) So I washed my hands and couldn't find a towel. She touched my hands said your hands are wet. Then tossed the towel at me. Then she said the towels are sitting on the counter. They were rolled up tight and the tray was almost empty. She treated me like I was stupid. Then she started polishing my nails. I told her I like the tips high so she brushed it on high up the nail as I asked but, she started putting it on so thick it was running to the sides. I said its pretty thick and she said its ok. Soon as she got it on the nails thick running and sopping wet she put another thick sopping wet coat on. Then she started putting on glitter polish that we had talked about. It looked like a little kid had done them. I told her its to thick it will not dry. She said yes it will. 5 minutes. I told her no it would take at the very least 20 minutes. That I have to drive. She said no only 5. I said no reached over and wiped one off completely with one swipe. A co worker chimmed in and all of a sudden they were all taking about my nails. I told her just take it off and give me a couple coats of clear. She took most of it off but left just enough to have fuzzy tips on the ends of my nails from the cotton. Then she commenced to polishing my nails with a rather thick glompy coat of clear. She said you only one coat cause this is a special polish. She then started to walk away. I said aren't you going to turn the fan on she said not this is special it will bubble. Finely they dried and she told me they were done. I paid gave a tip and when I walked outside my nails had this strange glow to them. I thought I think she put get polish on them. The next day it started flaking off. So when I went to remove it sure enough it was gel polish. It took a half an hour to remove it. They have no respect for the customer. The reason she was in such a hurry is she had another customer waiting. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. read more

I got my nails done at a Salon in Corvallis that messed up completely. Luckily, I went to Eugene and this salon didn't charge me for taking the gel polish off and gave me the most beautiful acrylic nails exactly what I wanted. Im sorry It was the worst experience of a Girl day. They discriminated my friend and refused to do a pedicure because of her weight. They told her in front of everyone. That she wont fit in there chairs and it would be a liabilty for them if she broke there chair. Hurt my heart so bad. My pedicure was not done good at all i had a nail that was half gone asked if she could put a fake one on. She said no cant do that. Just put polish over the nail and skin. I wish I could give this place negative stars, I'm new to Oregon from San Diego, Ca and needed to find a new nail shop...it's in a convenient place since I shop at Winco...I walked right in and they got started, great.....the woman who I got seemed less than enthused to be doing my nails...I had a full set prior but had removed them so there was bits of acrylic left behind, which I've never had an issue with since previous technicians just take it off...this was not the case...she kept looking at my nails and huffing over them and then just kept drilling the bits of acrylic..which wasn't doing a whole lot...then she started to prep my nails to paint! With bits of acrylic left on it! As if the gel was gonna magically make it go away!! So I took the implement myself and chipped it off...and her words were "better you to hurt yourself than me"....I might add I'm a licensed cosmetologist in Ca, I know how to do nails, I just prefer to have someone else do them...then she started painting...I could've done a better job with my eyes closed than what she did....and her "fix all" or her excuse was put glitter on top..."hides the ridges" (I had ridges from previous acrylics) after painted you couldn't see the ridges...but glitter would've fixed her crappy paint job? I think NOT. It got busy during this fiasco, and being in the industry I usually just pay and leave and never return...but since moving here I have become a stay at home mom to my one year old and getting my nails done is a real treat now...i had to say something...I refused to pay...the manager was kind at first and then became rude when I denied her offer to have her re paint them and just get my money back...I have a one year old with me! No! He can only sit for so long! My professional advice is to not go here, I would never in my dreams treat a customer like they did for a less than mediocre job. Go somewhere else!! read more

I was a walk-in and they took me right away, I asked for a polish change on my toes and a manicure. When she changed my polish she left my toes full of the polish, didn't bother to clean them off. Then I got my manicure, which all she did was put lotion on my hands and painted my nails. She also left my hands full polish. I had to ask the girl to paint my entire nail, I thought it was strange that she wasn't doing that to begin with. I had two separate girls and wasn't pleased with either of their work. This place is bad! The couple that owns it is very sweet but they do a poor job. I got a back fill and they didn't even file my old ones all the way down and my nails bubbled after a week! I do not recommend this place if you want pretty nails that will last. read more

Let me start by saying I don't often take the time to write reviews usually I take what I get and just never return but this place seriously needs a REVIEW ! First off I called in to make sure they weren't busy they tell me it's fine come in I'm there in 5 min and I start w a pedicure the lady did not look enthused at all she did not file my nails not cut them (at my request ) I asked her to file them and all she did was lightly brush over them I didn't get them buffed or anything it was like I just set there to soak and get them painted pretty much !! then I ask for white tips she only applied one layer of white polish and the shape of them were all different so I asked her to do it again , then I move on to someone else to get my eyebrows waxed and literally walk out w no arch just thin line of hair that set me over the top ! There was no room for waxings or even a table to lay on to properly have them done just a regular chair !! I walked in w thick grown out eyebrows and left w nothing pretty much then they tell me to come back tomorrow because they don't have time for my full set ! At this point I'm irritated my experience is ruined and I'm ready to go . As I'm picking up to leave and complain about the service another nail tech and customer are laughing at me making a big deal about my eyebrows and the lady who fucked them up is arguing w me about how she didn't . This place is a joke !! I will never come back here again . These people let there kids that attend the college come in w guitars asking people to donate to some foundation and it just was a circus I can't believe this experience I hope they get new management soon and in addition I brought along a friend who wanted a pedicure and fill which were mediocre and if she will review this place I don't know but keep your money and do your research before you settle on going here it will be the most regretful experience and that is guaranteed . read more

I went to this place recently to get a basic white tip acrylic nail job. That looked good the first day they were done, but within the first three days they started falling apart like some cheap toy from china. I noticed right away that one of my nails (my thumb) was cracked.Then if that wasn't bad enough while folding clothes my index nail falls off.WHILE JUST FOLDING CLOTHES! When I went back to address my complaint they assured me that this is the normal(its is not). I get my nails done pretty often. Almost monthly, so for them to say this was normal was BS! Instead of fixing the problem or maybe putting more acrylic on my nails, they simply gave me the run around. Wasted 20 minutes of my time pretending to work on my nails and small talk when in reality they just brushed over the tops and pretended to work. The next day after supposedly "FIXING MY NAILS" my middle finger(which I had pointed out) started to lift again! Until it eventually fell off later that same day.So I would definetly have to give this place a negative review. I would not return to this nail spot again or recommend anyone waste their money here. This place is horrible! Just moved from Washington where I had an awesome nail tech. Go in here they put me with the young guy don't know his name. I said I needed my current set taken off and new ones on. I show him what new color I want ( I get solar powder nails) he says he can back fill. I had really dark pink and was going to gold glitter. He grinds off just the top shiny coat and tries to put gold over it and says it won't work I need to pick a different color. I said I need the gold for a wedding so if he wants to back fill he needs to grind off all the pink. So he said something to one of the other workers and then gets huffy and starts grinding. Keeps saying it takes so long and complaining it hurts his hands. Well I originally asked for a new set he wanted to back fill. Then he makes the nail bed too long he tells me it will look good when done. Needless to say it looks horrible you can see light between the tip of my finger and where the color starts.
