Being not so observant, I didn't even know a previous owner had installed window film on every window and door in my home, until the Florida sun and time teamed up to kill the adhesive and make my house look terrible. Yikes. Then we embarked upon another well-meaning, yet dismal failure of a DIY adventure. The film was very old, brittle, and had no intention of coming off my windows. Thank goodness for professionals. Again. Alex was able to come assess the situation and gave a very reasonable quote for the removal of my problem window film. I found out about Sunny Bay when my neighbor across the street had his car windows tinted. The prices are competitive with other local shops, and you get the added benefit of convenience. For someone like myself, who's crippled, the added convenience is a major benefit. The process of working with Sunny Bay was straight forward, from the price schedule to customer interaction and everything in between. Richard was courteous, and professional. He warned me of potential issues related to the state of the tint being removed, and even so, he was successful in avoiding those issues. He even took the time to double check that I actually wanted effectively clear tint, but once I explained my logic he was happy to go with it. I was looking for clear tint as my car is white with some chrome accents, and dark tint would look out of place, to me. As well as better night time visibility, visibility into the vehicle, and being able to coat all glass panes including the windshield.
