Going in I had expected some level of recovery by the time 9 weeks of physio sessions were complete - anticipating as the surgeon had told me recovery could be upwards of a year. Through the pelvic floor regimen Rasika had provided me, adherence to the daily exercise program she had provided and her pushing me to mentally challenge myself with the incontinence, after only two months no longer wearing protective undergarments during the day or at night - even for sports.
