This recent bought started about 2 weeks ago. She provide a prescription for an oral antibiotic but nothing directly for my eye! I begged more or less sent her photos of how after a week my eye is in the same state. Started to affect my vision, but instead of helping she ignored my pleas.... I have missed work without her being kind enough to write me a note, every day living in pain, missing family events even church because of my eye! my depth perce is off due to this. Being ignored and needing help pushed me to go to the hospital, which seemed more understanding and wanting to help me! I have received an extension on my antib as well as an ointment for my eye. I have a drs note to excuse me from work, as it is hard to drive, but the ointment in less than 24 hours has done amazing progress! I will not be a returning patient to renewed as it seems like there is no real urgency to help your patience, rather get more copay money! Shame on you!

My experience was incredibly different than I previously remembered. I'm a returning customer from…read morenine years ago. I do believe the entire staff met 5 stars easily. I was greeted with friendly staff, and they called me back to the doctor in a timely manner. Dr. Thomas was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, informative, and passed information to the assistant who would help finish the customer buying process. The lady who helped me already had my insurance paperwork pulled up. She helped select the lowest cost, picked out glasses selections according to my desired description, and we enjoyed a few laughs. Everyone was friendly and told me bye as I was leaving, quickly inserting that the average time for receiving my glasses was two weeks. I will certainly be back.

Paid for a exam for both glasses and contacts. The doctor got my sons prescription for glasses wrong. Call this practice for a callback...never once returned a call. I called several times. Finally decide to go in and get the prescription just to see if the one my son brought home matched with the one the doctor gave me. Weird thing to do, I know, but I did it anyways. The office manager with the personality of a salted slug, Donna, gave me both the contact and reading glasses prescription. How about both prescriptions were for contacts. I ordered my sons glasses with the contact prescription they sent home with him. He came home with 2 prescriptions of the same. They gave me the same thing...2 prescriptions of the same. I wasted money on an exam that gave me the wrong prescription for glasses and on top of that wasted money on glasses my son cannot use! Me thinks everyone employed here needs to go get their eyes checked from a qualified doctor, because clearly the overall vision at this practice is quite deficient. They are not going to like me darkening their doorstep again but they owe me some glasses or a refund on the eye exam. One or the other!

Good doctors, but suspect accounting practices The location…read morehas you pay your portion during the office visit which is pretty common. When we received our insurance EOB it indicated what was covered and showed that we had actually slightly over paid based on their estimate. When the accounting office was contacted they came up with 2 additional numbers which never matched what was submitted to our insurance. After weeks of back and forth requesting my refund for overpayment the business office simply stops responding. Seems to be very intentional.
