I had the opportunity of visiting Commerce Vision Group in Northern Georgia in order to have my annual eye exam and obtain my prescription glasses. And the service, the politeness and the attention to details is simply EXCELLENT! Dr. Rosado personally welcomed me and addressed all my questions. Unlike other doctors for whom the patient is another number, Dr Rosado and her very professional staff made me feel very comfortable, at ease and like family... (I am a retired veteran and for me those traits are very important). The excellent quality of service and the very friendly, respectful and welcoming professional atmosphere are very important to me -- and Vision Commerce Group offers that and much more. Lot of new staff lately - seems to be a good thing since the reviews before for this place weren't great on yelp (but good on Google for some reason - guess I'm one of the last people on this site lol) - had a great experience at Dr. Rosado's office! The lady when I checked in was nice and helpful and the doctor is FANTASTIC and super thorough. Answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed at all. Buying the glasses was the same thing - nice, helpful lady got me all squared away with my insurance benefits, all the usual. I do think the wait time was a bit longer than expected but I kind of understood when I went in to the exam - she doesn't rush you in and out like other places that just want to see a million people an hour or something.
