I've bought 4 to 5 guns from this company and from a different company that sales their products each one from the day it arrived I tested there guns it only took 2 CO2 cartridges an then leaked ea.one ,one of the companys told me that they had have to send 500 PCs because of the same problem. So when I contacted them an asked to fix the problem an send postage they said they would not pay for postage even though the company that sold it returned 500 pcs of products they still refuse to send postage or fix the problem read more

terrible I bought their most expensive brake barrel pistol and it broke within six months not but also the rear site did not replace or repair my item. I sent the item off and it was lost in transit and they explained to me that they cannot do anything about even though I the receipt and I have mailed the replacement. I did everything I was supposed to and now I'm out $130 spend your money on a better pistol with a better company with better customer service. read more

Terrible customer service. I bought my son a Glock 19 from Bass Pro Shops literally a week ago. The bottom of the magazine has already broken. Umarex expects me to pay to ship this $10 retail item back for "inspection", will not accept photos. It makes no sense to pay $10 shipping for a $10 item. Hopefully Bass Pro Shops appreciates their customer more than Umarex. I will never recommend nor purchase a Umarex product again. read more

I purchased a Glock 19 BB Air pistol from Umarex and I received a defective product. And they replaced my defective Glock 19,s and sent me another defective Glock 19. As mater of fact I received 4 defective Glock 19.177 cal BB Air pistols from Umarex. Spent $80+ dollars returning the defective air pistols. Now the customer service they are not even getting back to me after I,ve sent 4 more questions to their customers service. I would not recommend doing business with Umarex read more

Purchased a clone HK416 BB gun for my son's birthday from Umarex. It looked cool and was great for a day but then stopped firing all together. Called customer support and they were of no help at all. I have bought several pistols and rifles from umarexusa.com. I have not had any problems with any except the ones that I created. 1. I bought a Mod. 92a1 bb pistol. I got a bb stuck in the barrel and in the process of removing it. I pushed out the brass liner. I called, told them what I did and they sent me another barrel. 2. Same gun, different mistake. bb lodged in the rear part of the slide. In my wisdom I knew I could take care of it. DAAAHHH!! I called and told them what I had done and they are sending me a replacement for $20.00. I feel lucky that is not more. After all it WAS my fault. I am very pleased with my toys and with Umarex. read more

Terrible customer service. My son's glock 19 CO2 pistol stopped working the first day. It was a gun he had save up to buy, in his excitement he had thrown out the receipt. Customer service couldn't help with out a receipt, I even asked if I could pay for a repair, but they don't fix the guns, there are no spare parts. Terrible quality for breaking so fast - it seems like it's a trigger issue, and poor customer service. read more

Great products, but..........................................ordering online? Ordered a product online. Website said in BIG LETTERS: IN STOCK I awaited my shipping. When I thought it would be here, I checked the status of my order. It said VOID. I contacted them only to find out the item had been discontinued. Great....over $200.00 now was tied up on my bank card for 7 days. Ordered from another site that had Umarex products in stock. Go figure. Bought the full auto mp-40 and within 30 days the magazine had fallen apart. I called and supposedly had a repair form sent to my email. when I logged in I couldn't find it so I tried emailing them this time. No reply. this I gave up on it for about a week and tried calling again, but by then it was past the 90 day warranty. There was a record of my phone call, but "there was no way to know what that call was about" so they refused to replace the defective part. when I called it was this number, so this store. every time I called the person i spoke to was short and rude. I dont know if they even tried to email me the repair form. read more

Contacted Aaron Maness via email about an air leak in the Umarex steel storm BB pistol. The necessary repair was one o-ring that commonly failed, Aaron told they don't sell parts and that I would need to buy a new magazine. Poor customer support on a known problematic issue. One Star cause you can't give zero. These folks are terrible. You guys who answer the phone aren't capable of answering any technical question regarding repair of air rifles. They simply state they will "consult the gunsmith" and call back later. They usually don't call later. These folks should be replaced by answering machines since they can't perform any useful functions. So after sending in the air rifle for repair, I received several widely varied estimates. When I called to see why, I got the usual run around which involved never actually speaking to the "master gunsmith". Turns out due to a lack of capability they had to jury rig my Diana 48 and silver solder my loose scope rail back to the gun. They do not have the capability to fix loose rivets which were factory installed. I find that ironic because rivets aren't really a high tech component so not sure why they can't repair them if they build them that way? So now after a year delay and a crappy repair job, the gun hemorrhages rust from under the scope rail. This has effectively ruined the finish on the receiver. So much for factory quality repair. read more
