The monthly plan is expensive for what you actually receive, and their billing practices have been unacceptable in my case. Last month alone, they charged my debit card five separate times to collect their fees all at once. After paying well over $250, I had only been seen twice. To make matters worse, when I went in for my appointment today, the receptionist immediately told me I still owed a balance. There was no effort to understand what had happened with the multiple charges or to resolve the issue professionally. Instead, I was met with a smug, dismissive attitude that made it clear customer service wasn't a priority. At that point, I told them to cancel every plan associated with my account. If I'm paying hundreds of dollars, I expect transparent billing, respectful treatment, and employees who are interested in helping customers rather than making them feel like they're the problem. There are too many chiropractors who value their patients to continue doing business with a company that operates this way. I also loved that the masseuse continuously asked about pressure preference. Staff was courteous and kind, and the dr even called to confirm the appointment. Will be returning!
