They went ahead and told me what needed to happen and had a plan set up to fix any and all issues that needed to be addressed in the future. Dr. Grimes assured me that there were no surprises and he was telling the truth. My procedure was done same day by Dr. Misko. He talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He often reassured me and his dental assistant, which I found comforting. They were running a special and instead of asking more relevant questions, they scheduled the appt and than I had to pay in advance to hold my spot. So now they are refusing to refund my $39 that I paid when the Dr. really didn't do anything to telieve my pain.
