Not only was the move very costly but items were broken and our belongings were packed so poorly in storage we ended up spending a lot more in storage costs. Bennett's was priced so much better and they were so fast (they loaded our 3 BR split-level home into 2 trucks in 5 hours). When packing our home into storage it was efficient and expertly done. We had used them to move into our home in Kingsport and if we, ever, return to Tri Cities we will use them again.

Tressy is very accommodating and goes well beyond what you would expect from most services of this kind. She's always been flexible with our schedule, and if we've needed an extra cleaning here and there she's always found a way to work us in. She always follows up with us, and any concerns I've ever had (and let me say there have been very few if any) were always addressed and never have I had the same twice. He is the only one who responded, and he told me that most of the time it can't be made to buzz louder. He said he might be able to do something, but that would cost hundreds of dollars. I really appreciate his responding to me, and now I will be sure to contact him should I have any problems with any of my appliances. It is refreshing to find someone locally who genuinely cares about helping others. I believe he is the same one who came out a year or so ago, because his granddaughter accompanied him. Whenever I move, I usually rent from U-Haul and then contract with them to have movers meet me at…read morethe location and load/unload for me. (I've done this six times in the past ten years). I did just that this past week for a family friend who needed to move from her apartment. We contracted through U-Haul and two men, John and Tyrone, from Reliable Strongman Movers showed up at the apartment at the appointed time. Here in Tennessee it's rare when a service provider shows up on time, but these guys were within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. We introduced ourselves and then they went to work. And when I say "went-to-work", they were working more efficiently and faster than any previous moving helpers. (And it was a 92 degrees with 76% humidity kind of a day). John was the strategic specialist who directed and helped move every box and every item of furniture so it fit snuggly and securely, fitting it all into the U-Haul so it would not move or jiggle around in transit. They packed an entire two-bedroom apartment in just over an hour. We then drove to our storage space and they unloaded and packed the storage space in 45 minutes. These guys are GOOD! Wow! What a team! They were professional, respectful of my friend's belongings, friendly, efficient, courteous, and never once did I hear a curse word. These guys were amazing. If ever I need moving help again, they will, hands down, be my go-to moving company. I can't give enough songs of praise about these fellas.
