After telling me it's just a scar with scar tissue but really not offering any reasoning for it he proceeded to leave the room and without any eye contact asked me while walking out if there were any "moles on my back I would liked checked also"....I felt like I was just a waste of time in his day.

The staffing is pretty decent with lot of float pool nurse filling in the shortage gap. The nurse to patient ratio of 1:4 is nice, the hospital has a lot of resources to help the staff, and the cafeteria offer a diverse range of food. Many staff ride bike on campus so there are a lot of bike rack area to store your ride. Staff have to park off site and take a bus to the main hospital. It annoying that during the football season staff have to park somewhere else or risk getting ticketed/towed. All in all, a pretty good place to work at.

I waited 90 minutes after my time slot only to see someone who asked for my entire medical history before their PA would see me some time later. They could not tell me how when that would be. Just sometime before they close. This Med Express facility is now operated by Bon Secours, and apparently they do not have patient records from Med Express, Sentara or UVA. By contrast, Sentara's Urgent Care on High St was able to see me immediately, had access to all of my medical records and the care was excellent.

She will try to scare you and threaten you with falsehoods and you have to do your research and homework to uphold your rights. There is a female named April in the office that is not capable of having a conversation without yelling at you-she is very unprofessional. We asked the nurses to please wear gloves when handling the PICC they would not. They say that they wash hands so we watched them and they did not. They drop stuff on the dirty floor and just pick it up and use it without washing -etc. Unprofessional and unfriendly staff. There are a few exceptions we will not include their names because we now believe that if you do then the nasty ones will retaliate on the few good ones. They would not give us the contact information for the ownership.
