Only wish was that I spoke to a woman and she mentioned there would be a debriefing conversation at the end since we did a corporate event but this did not occur. Will just do it on our own!! This was only my second room, but this one was a true challenge. The puzzles and décor in the room are challenging, entertaining, and well thought out. There are some real surprises starting with the beginning, but I will not share that here. I don't want to ruin anything. The staff (Julian) made this a great experience. He provided clues or hints every time we needed them and even gave us extra bonus time at the end. We needed so many clues towards the end that we actually felt stupid asking so much, but he put us at ease and explained that it was not unusual and that the room is really designed for more than just two people. It can be done but it's not easy for only 2. I highly recommend this escape room and my wife and I will be back to try another room soon!

We did Conjurer's Dungeon and escaped with just two people with 4 minutes and change to spare. I've done multiple escape rooms all over and this one will stay in my memory. I've come across some new things that I haven't seen in other rooms yet and that always helps a place stand out for me. This was a fun theme and if I am ever back in the area I will try another room. There's a large waiting area with a bathroom and a puzzle for while you wait. The staff was very friendly and explained the rules well. One of the locks in our room didn't open so they paused our game time while they came and opened it, so it didn't affect our time. I was not at all a fan of the "group" clue we had in our "New Blood, New World" room, hopefully they don't have something like that in every game cause it totally killed the experience!!! (That's the only reason they didn't get five stars) We escaped the room with time to spare and got a button with our picture taken at the end. What was once a department store has been completely transformed to entertainment venue that offers drinks, games and nothing but a great time. If you're not a fan of wearing someone else's shoes and rolling large balls across the floor, this duckpin bowling is the game for you, all you have to do is reserve your lane ahead of time and push a few buttons to start playing. Of course, the fully interactive games are scattered throughout including a few old school fan favorites, such as Ski Ball and SuperShot Basketball. The self-serve tap wall or cocktail bar accommodate all adult beverage needs and the many comfortable seating areas provide a great place to sit and socialize.
