My favorite game, The Lucky Duck, was broken (the claw wouldn't extend far enough to reach any ducks). I reported this to a staff member and she let me pick out any 2 ducks I wanted! There are 3 course Yellow, red, and blue. I didn't realize that there were multiple course until half way through the course I was wondering how I get on the indoor bus. Each course had a uniqueness that made it completely different from the other courses. My favorite from Yellow course was the zip line, red course was the slippery floor and the Rocket , and blue course was the bus and pool table. Each course & hole had an activity thaw was an interactive experience. The cost for this activity was $16 for all 3 courses per person, great price for this experience. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. I didn't eat but definitely bring a water bottle as they have refill station near the bathroom. The bathrooms were clean as well as the inside & on the courses. Employee was dusting the course in between people finishing their shots. The parking lot was huge, so definitely plenty of parking. Several of the axe throwing stalls were open so we started there. Then we did the pirate putt putt, and it was amazing! The effort they put into the decorations and hole designs was evident. Next we tried out the arcade area, which is much larger than you would think from the outside. From there we tried the second putt putt area with a retro feel; even the music was spot on. We wrapped up with mini bowling and had a blast. The food is reasonably priced but nothing special. We would have spent more if they had a kitchen/ grill like you would find at a bowling alley. The drinks ranged from bottled water to sports drinks to soda to alcohol. Overall the building and equipment were clean and well maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful. The majority of the building is accessible, including the multi-stall bathrooms and activities like mini bowling. Other than the gendered multi-stall bathrooms there are several single stall gender neutral bathrooms but only one was in service when we went. The single stall bathrooms are located inside the entrance to the retro putt putt, inside the arcade area, and just before you get to the VR area.

Apparently renovations were done recently so it has an updated feel to it. When you walk in you sign up to race at the counter area, and you also take your picture and pick a racing name. The majority of our group was guys, with the exception of three ladies. Us ladies didn't race and instead ended up getting drinks from the bar, playing a few of the arcade games, and cheering on our guy friends who raced. The bar area has a pretty good selection of drinks and food, and for it being an "amusement" type center, I'd say the quality was pretty decent! There were a solid amount of things you could do besides the racing. They had axe throwing, a rock climbing wall, arcade games, and an interactive game arena. The racing did look fun and our friends had a good time doing it. Those karts go up to around 40mph so they're no joke. I do feel like they do a good job with their safety measures. They give you solid racing helmets, and if you spin out they'll make sure to help safely get you straightened back out. They'll also enforce some set track rules to make sure you're racing safely. My two friends and I watched our other friends race from a large viewing platform near the top of the track. The only negative thing I'd say about our experience is that it's loud (I'm sensitive to high pitched squealing sounds, so I shoved some bits of napkin in my ears and that helped lol), heavily smells of gas (they do have ventilation in place but it's still very noticeable), and it's also pretty hot in there. The area with the arcade, bar, and other entertainment is separate from the racing track, which is good because you can get some relief in between races in there. Overall, it was a fun experience! We all had a good time and would go back again. This time I'd bring ear plugs lol.

Overall, it was a nice way to spend time together as a family and gave us something fun to do during our visit. Frankie's offers a good variety of attractions, and my son especially enjoyed the rides, including the claw, roller coaster, and zero gravity experience. We also played putt-putt golf, which was enjoyable, though I personally found the course a bit less challenging than similar places I've visited before. The road course was also on the shorter side, but still fun for what it offered. One thing I would note is that the pricing felt a bit high, particularly for the arcade games and rides, especially considering some of the experiences are fairly brief. We also found the pizza to be a little overpriced, so we chose other food options as well as their burger and Philly cheesesteak. Unfortunately, one part of the experience that stood out in a less positive way was the customer service around some of the attractions. Several of the attendants seemed very nonchalant and disengaged, almost as if they were not very happy to be there. That kind of energy can affect the overall atmosphere and, for me, made it less likely that I would return or recommend it. We also had to wait for attendants to assist with some of the more interactive 3D-style games, which interrupted the flow of the experience. That being said, one of my personal favorites ended up being the carnival 3D shooting game, even though we did have to wait for an attendant before we could play. Once we got on, it was definitely one of the more enjoyable parts of the visit for me. On the positive side, it was not crowded during our visit, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. I especially enjoyed spending time in the arcade with my family, and that ended up being one of the highlights of our visit. I also want to mention our experience in the bar area with Olivia Jackson, who provided such warm and pleasant service. She was courteous, attentive, and truly showed genuine Southern hospitality. Her kindness and professionalism made us want to stay longer, and we ended up enjoying our food and family time even more because of her. She was definitely one of the bright spots of our visit. The bartender told us the food would be really good, but of course we expect some bias. He wasn't wrong! And the portions are pretty large btw. We could have shared the quesadillas. We both took half of them home and shared the fries. Everything was fresh and hot and I will certainly return with a group. Of course the games were a blast. Had an amazing time with ALL ADULTS btw playing laser tag and go karts lol we were like big kids again. Laser tag was so much fun. As soon as they split us up into teams and let us into the area, it was like kids on a playground again. Overall, it was an awesome time.
