Unfortunately, the whole time I was there, one of the two barbers was still cutting the same person's hair and the other had completed one and was in the middle of another person. That's 2.5 people for an hour. It seemed like they did a good job because they were really taking their time and the atmosphere was very 'barbershop'-y...but what's the point of taking appointments if the business doesn't honor them?
