Additionally, we wanted to combine Evergreen leaves with pink, purple, and orange floral hues that were emblematic of the many flowers in our own garden. The employees were well organized and did a great job communicating with each other so that way when we reached out to them, they each knew who we were and what changes or modifications were up-and-coming. Yet another example of local businesses kow-towing to the bougie tourist population and not giving…read morelocals the time of day. You can't call these folks on the phone for a simple price quote without getting dissed because they have a "line" waiting, which could simply have been a, "I've got people waiting, could I put you on hold or could you call back in 30?" But instead was a mocking statement that implied he (Stowe Bev) could easily do without my business and that answering me politely simply wasn't worth the several seconds it would take to do. Never mind the argument the staff person posed when "correcting" me as to how long it takes me to drive from my house in Waterbury to the store front (30 minutes, but he corrected me, assumedly knowing better than I do where I live, and said, "It only takes 15 minutes to get here from Waterbury . . . . ." which is patently incorrect, even if you have no traffic and break all the speed limits. Rude. Dismissive. Imperious (in the extreme). Short sighted (when the tourist business dries up, as it does from time to time (economy, pandemics, shortages), you'll be looking to the locals to keep you afloat. Hopefully, we'll have better things to do - like patronize someone else. Stowe Bev, wake up. You're not the only show in town.

I have had this happen twice now, and, my daughter was assaulted with a febreeze like chemical by the same woman. customer service is good, if one can get past the 'Niche", she made me feel profiled, and argued with me about my id...saying she could carry it to the other counter...she is not a good customer service person. with my daughter, she has been ultra rude, saying my kid stinks...thus, assault with a febreeze like chemical. I hate to see the business go down hill because of this one person. and it is unclear why the owner allows such repeat behavior. don't shop here until it's sorted. It's not worth the profiling and utter embarrassment of buying there. NO OTHER dispensary's in the area have this issue. NO OTHER dispensary's in the area understand the why the id is so important for the Nichy to hang on too....for so long, with a bold refusal of return. don't risk the weirdness...go to one of the other great dispensary's in the area, who do not hire people with power trips. Hopefully, the owner will deal with this behavior before she is sued .
