Side by side Frig was making noise like something was hitting fan blade with evaporator fan in back…read moreof freezer. I marked where I could feel viberation. Repairman came told my wife nothing he could do unless it was making noise when he was there. Took $85.00 check and left. That night started making noise again. I Googled problem removed 2 screws from cover plate and Damn there was a glob of ice hitting the Fan Blade. I took hair dryer and removed Ice. These FOKES are not HONEST, the repairman could have removed the cover plate while there. He just took advantage of mywife and said " CALL BACK, NOTHING I CAN DO IF IT'S NOT MAKING THE NOISE" DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE. I wrote them and reguested $50.00 refund of the $85.00 to cover the repairmans 10 minute visit. That repairman knew there is a motor behind where I marked with a Sharpe, just SORRY OR DISHONEST.
