They were so kind to let me taste the vegan mozzarella they make in house and after 3 and a half years of being vegan I can honestly say it was the best vegan mozzarella I have ever tasted. I could have licked the plate clean. My brother had the lasagna on the main menu and said it was in the top three lasagnas that he has had in the WORLD. His wife had the Tagliatelle Mari & Monti who said it was absolutely delightful and not too fishy. They also finished with a chocolate cake (which was not vegan) and said it was delicious. Everyone was very kind, including the owners daughter, whose name I unfortunately did not catch. The food was so good I envisioned moving here and eating here every week.
