Another traveler in our group recommended the Apple Cake. It was divine! The apple slices were cut very thin and it was topped with delightful crunchies. The crust was light and soft. The apple cake was like a wonderful tart and was served warm with a scoop of home-made vanilla ice cream...oh my! It was SO good! Eating it on the outdoor seating, on a perfect 70 degree sunny day, was equally delightful. At a separate time, we had also tried the Golden Spear Blonde Ale. All the beers were good! The flight came with a paper that described the flavors, hops included, and information on the beer.
