I would recommend this business - they were one of the few to answer my request for a quote for gutter clearing. The quote also included other optional services they could provide. Eddy and another gentleman came to my home right on time during the scheduled service day. They worked quickly and did the work I expected for what I was paying for. I also liked that the quote was sent to my email and easy to read. The payment invoice was sent to my email after they finished the service and made it easy to pay as well. We have had Uncle Squeegee wash our windows for many years because they do an excellent job. The workers are always pleasant and polite. I love the way the house looks after the windows are cleaned. They also do a great job on the screens, I highly recommend them. read more

They're great! Just had the guys out to my house, they did some powerwashing, inside and outside window cleaning, screen cleaning and they also cleaned my chandler. Their employees are super nice, and dedicated to making sure they get it right. They're not the cheapest quote I've gotten, but the quality of work is by far superior to others that I've had in the past. I was a loyal customer of this company for 20 yrs. The business changed owners in the Fall of 2021 although I see they advertise they have been in business for 29 yrs. They raised my price by $90. They seem disorganized, failing to respond to requests for contact. When they finally did respond they repeatedly sent the same texts and emails. I do not recommend this business. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. My father passed last fall. We have been getting his house ready to go on the market and we were quoted for a complete cleaning of windows, screens, and gutters. After the crew left we inspected the results and were shocked to still have dirty windows. Calling the office we were told that we had storm windows they were not familiar with and they only clean the inside and outside, not the storms. I asked them why I would pay for window cleaning that didn't totally clean the windows. Their answer was to pay an additional $20 per window. To add insult to injury they left the outdoor hose running and water came into the basement. For the trouble our invoice was credited $15. They physically had come to the house to provide a quote. No mention was made at the time about the storms being extra or that they presented any problem regarding cleaning. I would discourage anyone from hiring this company. WE ARE NOT HAPPY! read more

This company has done a great job over the last many years however they suddenly stopped answering the phone or emails. I have a pre-paid contract with them and they seem to have shut down . I had an email a couple weeks ago confirming my prepaid balance & then nothing. The phone number now has another business name on voicemail. read more

Beware!! They took over a company that used to clean my windows. One crew member had just started the day before. Many windows had to be redone. Screens put in upside down. Did not get a solid quote beforehand but Justin and I reviewed the pricing from previous company. Did not get an invoice when work was finished as the Ipad had overheated in the truck. Received an invoice in the mail for 35% more than I had ever paid previous company. read more

Used this company three times. The first time was great, my windows shined. Second time was sloppy so I called and complained. They were suppose to give me a discount this year but that did not happen and also my husband had to ask them to redo some windows. So needless to say I will not be hiring them again. read more
