The day of moving, I got a text that said they were going to $75 more because my couch bad to be taken down ONE flight of stairs which i already disclosed when I got my quote. After going back and forth they waived since $75 wasn't in my quote During the move-in, I was told I owed the remaing $75 + $175 because it's $175/hr! Despite what I was told over the phone, I indeed missed an email stating it was $175/hr 2hr minimum which makes no sense I have never in my life paid over $180 for a move-in and even those included loading and unloading and this move did not. Mike, the manager/owner said no movers would ever do it for that low of an amount. Mike became unprofessional, yelled and threatened to send his crew home even though my items were literally in the hallway, on the elevator and outside my door. I have a video that shows how they left items in the elevator w/o supervision as if the other mover was a drive thru picking up boxes at the speed of light. I have a video of me moving my own items so that they wouldnt be stolen, Mike had me move 6 chairs that were on the quote because his crew was tired and it was getting late, which means they didnt even move everything they were supposed to and i basically overpayed. My contract says their arrival window was from 8-10am, which then changed to 11-3. They did show up until 5:30pm!!!!! After being charged the remaining balance on my card and the rest in cash, including a tip, I was charged a miscellaneous fee of $20.50! This is a horrible company!!! Worst move ever!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

The owner then tells me that whatever happened, he'd "fit me in" the next day. So, now my move is delayed for almost 3 hours. So, the next day, the head coordinator and two guys that looked like felons showed up at my door. They were unaware they had to disassemble and reassemble some of my furniture, even though it was in my contract and quoted at a certain price. He told me it would be X amount of dollars, 4x what I was quoted to have my furniture broken down and reassembled. Had to get on the phone with the owner again to have everything confirmed. He told me "I'll do it at that price for you." You're not doing my any favors -that was the quote! They begin to move my furniture. They carry my coffee table out and proceed to leave it on the concrete landing outside my door. If you're going to lay my furniture outside, at least put something down or wrap it so it does not scratch! As they are moving things, the coordinator yelled at what I guess was the lazy guy in the group. Very unprofessional. This same guy, when I went back into my apartment to grab my car keys, had his head under my kitchen sink, gulping water loudly and disgustingly as if he'd been in the Sahara. Again, I get it's hot, but that's very unprofessional - invest in bottled water in your truck. The price was good, but I'll never use these guys again. Contracted movers, false accusation of me cancelling my move and very unprofessional movers.

The stuff arrived weeks later than it was supposed to and definitely the drivers and dispatch may just as well be from different planets. 3. Many of the items arrived damaged: -The 1.3k mattress arrived water damaged and scrunched so it was not usable -The tv stand arrived without its custom screws making it unusable -Picture frames with paintings were water damaged and broken -I just picked a few items... sufficient to say that the damage both physical and emotional was traumatic I felt like I have been terrorized by this moving company.
