They also have a policy that you pay half or get penalized some cash for not canceling within there time frame, another red flag!! Needless to say I canceled within their allotted time frame and was not charged the fee (which I probably wouldn't have paid). This is a horrible policy and I wouldn't go to this shop for those reasons. And the fee for services is way over the top, toooo expensive! Good luck to Elle Salon, I won't be going there.

She actually convinced me my hair was shot and I needed this. I went with it. Then she cut my hair and completely ruined the shape. That was it. Searched around locally. Stumbled across Stellas Salon info on FB. Messaged. She got me in. She took one look and got it right back to where I wanted it without having to cut a lot more off like I thought! Then she started coloring my hair and through all of the many highlites my hair has never been fried and always feels so soft. I even went behind her back and dyed my hair like almost black and after two visits I'm blonde again. Again with completely healthy hair. Even though there are a ton of salons in Schuylerville for some reason I absolutely love Michelle at Stellas Salon. I've sent my sister there who now only goes there. Made an appointment online for a couple massage a week in advance. This was the only spa I've found…read morewith an easy navigating online appointment. Other spas took appointments either over the phone (wouldn't pick up) or through email which wasn't easy, but the Saratoga Day Spa made it convenient to book it online for someone coming from the city like myself. Once entering the building it was located on the 2nd Floor. We were confused at first because the door sign said to ring the doorbell and wait outside. I found it easier to call them because they had other clients at the time. Once I called, they came out and got us. There are 2 bathroom keys hanging outside the door: one for women and for men. The facility was clean and spacious. My partner and I were led to the couple massage room for a swedish massage which was beautifully decorated with Christmas theme and cozy. They asked us if we wanted to focus on specific body parts and gave us time to get settled in the massage beds. I wanted more attention on my upper back shoulders and neck, which they delivered. There was a heating pad on the beds and you can adjust it yourself. They are very friendly, courteous and have good bedside manners. They offer you water before and after the massage. I recommend this spa.
