I am very happy to report that Emma is a magician with her "gentle wax" method and left my face feeling renewed and fresh. It did not feel raw afterwards and I've had no outbreak of any kind. (My skin tends to dryness and I am in my 70's, just FYI.) She is very easy to engage with and we had a few laughs- I hope I wasn't too loud! The salon has a great vibe and is spic and span clean. I went in to have them taken off and got gel. As I'm about to leave they tell me I owe them 35$ for gel polish and nail removal. They could've at least done half off or some type of discount but to charge me 10$ for removal and 15$ for gel polish was NOT COOL !!! I was in and out of there 20 minutes . I thought they were gonna FIX my nails for me since it was there fault, the ANC only lasted a week.
