I found my dream dress, but it had stains on the shoulder. I ask for a possible discount and I was told no but I can tell you how to get that stain out. Are you kidding me? I had to dig through so many racks, that weren't even my size to find this dress and this is the response that I get. The service at checkout also horrendous. I walk up to the cashier. She says absolutely nothing I pay and she just folds up the garment and puts it in front of me with the receipt on top. I had to ask for a bag and she rolled her eyes and charged me the five cents for the back put the garment in the bag and just gave it to me no thank you nothing. I am never going back to this location. I feel like I go back once a year and I realize why I hadn't gone in so long.

There is metered street parking available right by the entrance or you can try to find free street parking a block over and walk. This is apparently the largest Patagonia store on the East Coast and they even have their own Baltimore patch! They have sales on top of their outlet prices as well but just keep an eye on what they serial is actually on sale such as fleeces instead of the entire store being on additional sale. I came by for a yoga class on a Sunday morning (bring your own mat!). This was hosted by Andrea and attendance was about 15 people and was a very pleasant peaceful start to the morning! I still say the shop is A-OK because they had some cute sundresses, flip flops, wallets, backpacks, etc. The guys selection was big (they do have mens bathing suits) and they had a nice mens' sunglasses selection. But then it fell apart quickly. My suit arrived weeks after the promised delivery and was not what I ordered. I had paid extra for full canvas and had ordered a specific print for the inner lining of the jacket. The suit I received was not full canvas and had a generic blue lining. In addition and perhaps most appalling, the waist on the pants must be 4 or 5 inches larger than my actual measurements. I can promise you (and my wife can confirm) that's not because I lost weight. They promised to refund the money. Never saw a thing. Just a bunch of lies. Use your money wisely and stay away from this place.
