The store is nicely laid out. Clothes up front, jackets in the back. I did find a jacket I liked, but there was no other in a medium/large. I settled on my second pick, and that was that. Prices where 50% off jackets, and my particular one, since it said it was a "new style" got an extra 10% off additional. Happy face. Employees weren't exactly knowledgeable about the different attributes that set apart each from the next, but they were young and polite in helping getting down high up jackets to try on, and then again in the check-out process.

I'm very particular when it comes to my "caps" or hats or lids. I like a plain, traditional fabric cap with an adjustable buckle in the back. I DO NOT like caps with the plastic snaps or velcro adjustments for size. Likewise, I do not like caps where the back of the cap is plastic or polyester netting. If you're looking for team-logo cap - this is the place to be. If you're looking for a plain, traditional (non-logo) fabric cap - keep walking.

I came to this Nike Factory Store because my younger brother needed some new sneakers. I actually ended up buying myself a pair, even though I didn't really need any because of the great prices here. I got a pair of Nike Air Visi Pro VI for less than $40! What!?!? That's super cheap! Put them in my closet when I got home because I know I will eventually use them. Be warned, though, the line is gigantic. I spent a good 30 minutes waiting to get to the front of the line. Don't expect to shop here and not wait. Still for these prices, worth it!

He talked about the different options and then make a recommendation based on the fact that he lived in Arizona and what he wore. The shoes were not the most expensive on the shelf and he helped me pick the right fit. He then left me to continue shopping. The staff member who checked me out was also helpful by signing me up for their rewards program.

I contacted customer service and they issued me a credit for slightly more than half what I paid for the pants - which I used to purchase a replacement pair. Within a couple of months, the replacement pair fell apart as well. I work in an office and do not engage in the type of activity that would merit this type of damage. Simply put, the quality is extremely poor, especially for the price point. This used to be a premium brand, but is now just as cheaply made as anything you would find in a big box store. I would recommend taking your money somewhere that sells higher quality apparel and actually values their customers.
