It weighed more than 75 lbs! He had to complete a modification to the wall to ensure it was safe! He was meticulous with his work and was so respectful of our property. I tried to get my self up and thought i was on some plywood and went through another piece, oh man almost fell from ceiling. Well we needed a person to repair all that damage, i did what i always do and went to Yelp first as usual Called people with mid 4 star reviews or higher Saw a 5 star handyman review with act fast I called about 4 different people and nobody return my call. I tried act fast only because it was 5 star, 3 times in total and finally he answered. I was glad I kept calling, this guy does quality work at a fair price. He will stay with job until it is done to your liking. This dude is super nice. I think my mom adopted him as a son. He definitely will be working on another project, he did a great job with the sheet rock, patching and painting small hole and replacing a attic ladder. Thanks Aaron

Sanchez Lawn Service provided great communication, information, and support as we worked to get my yard back in shape. Their team showed up first thing in the morning on the day scheduled and worked through the drizzle/rain to get the job done. Their team was very courteous and took great care of my property ensuring everything was cleaned up completely before they left. Really great company! We will be using them again!!
