I understood that, but explained I was not experiencing any ice damming. They would sporadically respond after that and even told me the goal was to have them down by Easter. Never happened and last month and a half .... nothing!!!!!! The same thing happened last year and the owner, Chris, promised me before I agreed for this year That he was taking back over and would make sure the service was top notch. NOT EVEN CLOSE. I'm done. They had offered a cash deal/discount to pay in advance and I did. Don't fall for it!!!! They only do half the job. You can imagine what my front lawn looks like with a GIANT pine tree decorated with lights and 8" ball ornaments looks like in the middle of May. So embarrassing. Oh, and I had to take all the lights off my shrubs myself because they didn't do it before my spring lawn clean up (even though I reached out to give them a heads up it was happening MULTIPLE times.) I would have never posted this if they would have at least responded to ONE of my last dozen + messages.
