We determined I actually have the right size but it needed to be worn in or forcefully stretched to speed things up. She suggested inflating a small soccerball in the helmet and checking sizing the following day - a tip a fellow rider suggested to her. I gave it a try and it made a world of a difference. I'm thankful she was honest about sizing as the next size up would have left my noggin bouncing around and ultimately unsafe. She could have made a sale but prioritized my safety while helping me get more comfortable in my own gear. I value the knowledge she passed on to me and I feel more confident buying from Peteraon South knowing I'm more than just a potential sale walking through the door.

I paid Cody $130.00 to come to my house and let me know what was wrong with my bike. He came with a helper and they showed me what needed to be fixed and what the cost would be. I agreed and they were to come back in a few days when they had the parts. I never heard from anyone again. I finally found another mechanic to take care of the bike. I'm sorry to say this, but don't bother with this one. They aren't reputable and they don't care about their customers.
