To make things move quicker, I went with them. I dropped off my car and Betty at the front desk inspected my car. I pointed out some minor scuffs and paint chips I wanted them to take care of in addition to the crash repair (I would pay). They worked with the insurance to get a supplement and I got my car within a week. Betty would call me every couple of days to keep me informed and I got the car earlier than she had estimated! They took care of what they could in regards to the extra work I asked them to do at no charge. Oh, and on top of it all, their dog is named Enzo to go with the Ferrari theme in the name!

Because I had a…read morevery bad experience in this place, the service is very bad and they only care about money, they had my car for almost 21 days, and when they delivered it to me, they had put pieces of a different color to my car, they had changed the camera system of my mirror and they did not even configure it or checked if it worked correctly. I had to return the car and after several days I called them and they told me that It was ready and they hadn't painted the piece, then, in the afternoon they told me they had not painted it because they wanted my insurance to pay them again for the work they does wrong. At the end of all this nightmare, I had to take my car to another Place to fix what they don't, and when I arrived at that other place, they found many things wrong, a horrible experience, I don't recommend this place at all, better to look for assistance from a serious and professional place! I took my car in that morning and was quoted a decent price for my hood, bumper and grill. Since it was not going to be much work, they let me know that most likely the car would be ready in two days. On Thursday, I received a call to pick up my car! I was a little nervous to see my car at first, but let me tell you that my car doesn't even look like it was ever in an accident. They did nice and very clean work. My car looks like I just bought it and the paint matches perfectly. I recommend them 100%. They're very professional and have everything in order. They communicated with me every single step of the way. They even wiped the car down on the interior before I got it back. I'm very happy with their service and work. Their online reviews were promising, and their informative website instilled confidence. I sent my repair estimate through their website and went to the body shop the next day. The location was by The Falls mall and easy to find. It was hard to find parking though but I was able to park on the side of the street. I spoke to Marlon, the manager. He knew what to do right away and contacted the adjuster to make sure the claim was good to go. He told me to drop off my car on a Monday and they have rental cars if I needed one, which I did, for $30/day. When I went to drop off my car, Marlon wasn't there but an employee told me that the secretary will help me when she gets in. When she came in, she did the paperwork and told me about the rental cars cost breakdown and estimated the repair to take 3-4 days. The rental car, a Nissan Versa Note, didn't have gas in it, so I brought it to their attention. They were able to put some gas in the car before I left. I received a message and call on day 3 that my car was ready to be picked up. I went to the body shop before they closed. The manager was there and told me that they fixed my car and were excited to show me. When I saw my car, the damages from the car accident were repaired and door shells were replaced. They really went above and beyond, and even vacuumed the carpets, which they didn't have to do. I noticed that they accidentally broke a window rain guard, but they glued the pieces back together and buffed the surfaces, and it was hard to tell. The process to return the car rental was they checked the car, recorded the mileage driven, and assessed the condition. I'm glad that I picked Le Garage Collision out of the list of body shops. The service was great considering it can be intimidating to find a body shop in Miami that won't screw people over. The repairs have warranty, the manager is very responsive, and the turnaround repair time was fast. I highly recommend!
