At the west side store they didn't have the products I needed and the ones they did have were drenched in dust and priced about 40 percent higher than competitors. There's no lighting in part of the store and the counters at the front looked like a salvation army with their disorganization. In short, they don't answer the phone, the people across the company don't know what inventory they have and feed you disinformation and their store was dirty and overpriced compared even to the chain stores. The entire store was extremely spacious, with two (2)-floor worth of merchandise for customers to browse. If you're a Yelp check-in avid, Yelp check-in has a 10% off offer on the entire purchase. I wouldn't mind getting some of the Chicago Bulls t-shirt and White Sox retro caps, if I've had an unlimited budget. Licensed merchandise is often expensive. On the other hand, sales associates were friendly and greeting us immediately upon entering. Speaking of the entry, I assumed that there would be no entry allowed from the W. 35th., St. during the non-game days. The sign guided us to the entry at the parking on the back. A white lady walked in with a child and bike and they began servicing her. I asked a worker how does the QR code sign in work, and how do they decide who is to be serviced next, and told him that I was here before the woman they were now servicing. He couldn't answer any of the questions. Another white lady came in and they began servicing her ahead of me and as telling other people that they are close to closing and they ask me to leave as I protest them servicing these white women ahead of me repeatedly. The manager on duty tells me that I can go somewhere else and pay to have my bike fixed somewhere else if I don't like the service. I continue to protest and he ask me to leave and threatens to call the police. I finally leave after the police are on the phone and he's giving them my description. That Manager is a racist Karen.
