I've never had a company do that. I had them out last year to do a quick job on my water heater. They have a $50.00 call out fee and charged for time and materials. My total charge was around $250.00 which is reasonable. This was not an emergency call which is usually a bit more. When I called the company the manager wouldn't even talk to me, they had their receptionist relay the message. This girl was so rude and their only resolution they offered was to come back and undo the work they did. They should be ashamed of themselves. Buyer Beware with this bunch! Don't take their quote until the work is done. How does anyone know what the job entails unless they have seen the problem. Total Scam.

We got another company to come out and they made a report saying the return lines were improperly installed and all three trash was going to the clean tanks with the filters causing the filters to get clogged and the pump to continually run and I sent that to them and they have YET to address it. Just really disappointing cause we trusted them and have paid tens of thousands to them for all of our systems and every single one in use has a issue.
