The person they use to template only works 11 to which is when most people are at work. So it made it very difficult for them to come out to template. Then after several cancelled installation dates because the installer quit, they sent a new group who they were unable to communicate with because they didn't speak their language. They asked me if I could speak the language, and I could not either. Therefore, the end product was not what was agreed upon in our written contract and Bayside granite is unwilling to rectify this. Do your homework and shop around for a more reliable business.

We stopped in, told the young lady whst we were looking for and off we went to the yard to look at rock. We found a nice looking remnant of quartz that would be good. We selected it, gave them the measurements and was told it would take about a week. Sure enough one week later we got the call that it was ready. We chose to pick it up ourselves.
